SPL REPAIR OF FEEDER PILLER BOXES SUB STN PHULBARI AT AGE CHARDUAR (MIL STN THAKURBARI) UNDER GE (N) TEZPUR

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr depth in soft / loose soil and getting out for removing / laying of pipe /Cables etc complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in , including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/oose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the strating point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for river sand, washed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in tenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete as specified and directed.

M&L laying well burnt old size bricks, sub calss "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan, laid flat with width equal to length of brick, laid dry over electric cablefor protection all complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Boring/Drilling (Horizontally) manually/mechanically under existing road (Maximum 10 M in width) suitable for passing GI tubing of 40 to 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing in replacement with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40 mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 metres length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 4 mm dia galvanised iron wire all as shown in Plate No. 2 ( SSR Part-1) to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated , necessary excavation any type of soil, CI chamber cover 10 mm with 6 mm rod , wire mess, funnel, test point, 40 mm dia GI protection pipe medium grade etc complete and testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge . (Note :-(i) Fresh agriculture soil / black dirt or soil with a high organic conten will be used for filling the dug as required when rocky /sandy soil found at site to achieve the desired resistance from out side without any extra cost.(ii) Painting of earthing pit cover with synthetic enamel paint incl writing the earth resistance value on the same.)

Supply, laying, jointing & testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power UG cables, heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 10 sqmm 2 core with and including all fixing & connecting accessories such as Aluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc including taking up old unserviceable existing UG cable complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Earthwork & Excavation, GI pipe, bricks for protection etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power UG cables, heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core with and including all fixing & connecting accessories such as Aluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc including taking up old unserviceable existing UG cable complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Earthwork & Excavation, GI pipe, bricks for protection etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ.
