Painting on Concrete surface (Providing and applying 2 coats of water based cement paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grase, efflorescence and applying paint @ of 1 litre for 2 Sq. m)

Carrying out Sub Soil Investigation (SSI), for all types of soil (except boring in rock) upto a depth of 20m or refusal (N=100) for each foundation location as per IRC: 78-2000 and submission of SSI report to the Engineer in-Charge for approcal. Preparation & submission of Design calcualtion & Drawings of foundations, sub structures, Super Structures as per relevant IRC codes and SSI report, 2(two) copies each of Design & Drawings of each Bridge to be submitted for approval and 8 (eight) copies after approval of competent authority.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (weaved diagonally) including 10 per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 Kg each as per drawing and technical specifications Cl.2503 of MoRT&H

Providing and laying pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe embankment complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications. Cl.2504 of MoRT&H; A. Stone /Boulder

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits, with all lifts and leads,Transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) as per technical specification clause 305. of MoRT&H (a) from Private land .

Construction of Subgrade & earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading , grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory by the deptt) as per technical specification cl 305 (a) from private land

Construction of Granular sub base by providing coarse graded material, Spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepered surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MoRT&H specification. (with initial lead of 5 km), (ii) for grading - II material

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes un stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requistice type of screening/ binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (with a initial lead of 5 Km) as per grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying primer coat with bituminous emuilsion on prepared surface of granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/ Sqm using mechanical means (including cost of of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt) as per Cl. 502 of MoRT&H specification. (i) with bitumen emulsion- CSS-1h.

Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25-0.30 Kg/Sqm on the prepared granular surfaces cleaned with mechanical broom (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the Deptt) as per Cl. 503 fo MoRT&H specification. (I) with bitumen emulsion CSS-1H (b) Dry and Hungry Bituminous surface.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix surfacing of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.60 mm aggregates wither using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, to the required level and grade. (including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 Km from quarry and carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 Km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.00 Km initial lead from mixing plant) (including cost of testing of materials at site and labloratory as directed by the department) as per Cl. 511 of MoRT&H specification. (A) without anti stripping agent i) Mechanical method using penetration grade bitumen (60/70 or VG-30 grade) and HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonne/hr

Seal Coat: Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in the bituminous surface laid to the specified level, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B or Type C as per technical Specification Clause 510- By Manual Means case-II TYPE-C (i) Bitumen 60/70 of VG-30 grade
