Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 m width and n.exc 1.5m in depth for taking out cable and cable cover and getting out in soft soil

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 Cm

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50 mtr depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point

M&L for sand cushioning to PVC/ XLPE cables with tibba sand and punning to provide required cover to UG cables. Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured

Material and labour for laying 40 to 50 mm thick quarry faced stone slab 25 to 30 cm wide and not exceeding 60 cm long laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent patties n.exc 10 mm for UG cable protection

Taking out existing HT under ground cable 11KV/33KV volts grade PVC insulated armoured aluminium conductor of size 185 sqmm to 300 sqmm from trenches/duct/pipes, on walls, poles of following unserviceable cable from site.

Supplying ,laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armourred electric power cable (Heavy duty ) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade, cross sectional area 185 sqmm 3 core suitable for 11KV earthed systems all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing defective HT 11 KV Gang operated air break switch and Supply and installation, commissioning and testing of HT 11 KV outdoor type triple pole gang operated air-break switch suitable for horizontal mounting rotating type with 9 insulator 200 amps current rating complete mechanically operated mechanism from ground level consisting of operating rod of 25 mm bore medium grade GI pipe of suitable length with locking arrangement, flat iron clamp 50x6mm including MS channel of suitable size and length for fixing GOD including bolts, nuts and washers complete all as directed Make:- Jaipuriya or its equivalent

Taking out old Unsv lightning protection system including Air termination rod, Aluminium strip , GI strip and earthing of any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of lightening protection system Early Streamer Emission (ESE) lightening protection Air terminal OPR 60(Optimized Pulse Rod) complies with NF C-17-102 standards complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply and fix stainless steel pipe of 50 mm dia mounting mast 2 m , 30 mm dia fabricated with support structure and guying kit provided with suitable mounting base plate having provision for fixing of optimised pulse rod and arrangement for down conductor of lightening protection system all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Make:- Cat Part No MAST 2M30 of ABB or its equvalent in Alstom/OBLUM

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of lightening stroke counter working electro mechanically without any power supply. Eqpt should have capacity of counting lighting stroke of 0.4 KA to 150 KA, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make- LS Counter of ABB or its equivalent in Alstom/Oblum

Supply and laying of single core multi stranded copper cable down conductor of size 70 sqmm incl mounting accessories and clamps with suitable fixing material all as directed at site.

Supply and topping of transformer oil with adequate dielectric strength as mentioned in relevent IS as and when required to top up as replacement /evaporation ,leakage all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Shell , Power oil , servo

Dehydration of Transformer oil (mounted on plateform/ poles etc) with the help of filtering and drying plant by mechanical machine of suitable capacity to achive dielectric strength of 50 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : a) The filteration of the transformer oil is to be carried out at different sub station in AGE (E/M) Nagtalao and also at Main receiving sub Station. b) The report along with sample of oil before filteration & after filteration to be submited by contractor for approval by AGE(E/M) c) The filteration is to be carried out on load i.e. without switching off supply. d) Transformer oil for topping up will be paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'.

Disconnecting of existing HT 33 KV 3 phase indoor type SF6 complete with indoor controlling box from electric supply and overhauling the same as per manufacturer instruction with complete servicing including gas filling, relay caliberation, oiling and greasing the mechanical moving parts such as moving contacts, plunger & tripping and closing lever and checking the complete tripping/closing system as per manufacturer instruction all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting of existing HT 11 KV 3 phase indoor type VCB complete with indoor controlling box from electric supply and overhauling the same as per manufacturer instruction with complete servicing including relay caliberation, oiling and greasing the mechanical moving parts such as moving contact, plunger & tripping and closing lever and checking the complete tripping/closing system if required replacing the actuating and the restraining coils as per manufacturer instruction all as directed by Engr-in-charge. .

Supply and fix Over Current and Earth fault protection relay suiable for 33/11 KV VCB Panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Model SLR 140 C of CG or its equivalent.

Supply and fix Master Trip relay suiable for 33/11 KV VCB Panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Make:-CG/Schneider/Seimens

Dismantling and taking down defective/damaged HT 33 KV PT and S & F, testing & calibration of 33 KV single phase indoor, resin cast PT of ratio 33KV/√3/110/√3 class 1.0, burden 100 VA/Phase insulation level 36/70/170 KV, voltage factor 1.2 Cont and 1.9 for 30 Sec, confirming to IS-2705 all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Current Transformer conforming to IS: 3156-1992 , rated voltage 11 KV, rated frequency-50 HZ, HSV-12, IL-35/75 KV, VF - 1.2 CONT/1.5 for 30 sec , three phase complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Make:-ABB or its equivalent

Supply and fix in repair L 1, L 2, and L 3 Digital phase indicator ,input current-1A or 5 A , Acc Class : CL 1.0, Model Conserv EM 6436 of schneider or its equivalent

Taking out old unserviceable 33 KV pin insulator incl taking out 33 KV OH ACSR conductor and supply and fix 33 KV pin type, porcelain, vitreous, insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut for fixing of insulator on HT pole incl refixing the OH ACSR conductor at the same place incl binding the conductor to insulator with new binding wire complete all as directed. Taking out old unsv stay assembly and Supply and fix stay assembly complete comprising of MS galvanized stay plate 30cm x30cmx6mm , MS galvanized stay rod 20 mm dia with nut 180 cm long , MS galvanized stay bow 40cm long with 2 Nos galvanized thimbles with and including all fittings incl Excavation, PCC for foundation (PCC 1:3:6) , loop type insulator, shackle & clamp incl GI stay strand wire of size 7/4mm complete all as specified in SSR 2009 Part I.

M&L for repair of microcontroller, transistors,filters,and transformer of 24 V , 1600 Watt battery charger unit in the MRSS to provide DC Power supply to the relay of HT Panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Make:-Luminous/Sukom/microtek

Supply and fix in repair Power pack unit of 110 V DC out put to existing HT VCB Panel of 33/11 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation,testing and commissioning single phase input supply, single phase output,PWM technology IGBTbased, ONLINE battery charger for standard maintainance free (SMF) battery bank with feauteres of protection in case of High and Low voltage etc of capacity not less than 5 KVA all as specified and directed. Make:- Exide/Elka/Vintech/ Volina or its equivalent

Material and labour for painting of transformer 11 KV/440 V of 63 - 400 KVA, from outside with two coat of synthetic enamel gray paint after washing / removal of all dust, grease, oil etc after scraping old painted surfaces,writing MES No,stopping of minor leakage through soldering and brazing including PCC, plaster and putty work reqd for basement of transformer & painting with wall primer complete all as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for spray painting minimum two coats on old surface with synthetic enamel aluminium paint (ICI asian, Burger or equivalent make) with preparation of surfaces duly rubbing the surfaces with sand paper etc complete in all respect on steel works Note:- Rates are inclusive of paint, paint brush, sand paper, spray gun and any scaffolding material , if required On pole tower of 33 KV

Trimming and prunning upto safe distance from the over head lines including cutting branches of tree of size not exceeding 3" dia complete all as directed at site and disposel of branches/bushes to distance and cleaning the site all as directed by E-I-C Note :-(i)The necessary man power tool and plant , cutting tools and JCB if required for cutting/ prunning of branches is deemed to incl in the rate quoted for the job (ii) Proper shut down will be taken from JE E/M only :- (a)Up to 2" dia of branches
