Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality 110 mm dia PVC rain water down fall pipes having a working pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.0 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the floor with kota stone slab of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm (un-polished) in all floors laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement three crushed stone sand), 20mm thick and pointed with colour cement neatly including polishing with polishing stone and oxalic acid etc., so as to perfectly smooth and glossy and including hire charges for polishing machine and power consumption charges etc. The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Paving the floor with best approved quality super fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600mm and above 18 / 20mm thick of sinthetic Grey,Paradise and similar varities with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Crushed stone sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with matching colouring pigments etc.,complete as per standard speicification. (The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work)

Paving the floor with best quality Double charged Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed with same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing ornamental Teakwood entrance door as per the drawings and designs approved by the departmental officers. The size of the opening is 4.80m x 3.00m. The outer frame of the doors is 150mm x 125mm Teakwood. The main door shutter opening size is 3.00m x 2.40m. The each door shutter shall have 1/3rd paneled and 2/3rd glazed of 12mm thick plain toughened glass with ornamental designs. The door shutter outer frame of size 150x50mm. The door panels shall be of 50mm thick Teakwood planks with ornamental carving designs approved by the Executive Engineer. The lock rail shall be of 200x50mm thick teakwood frame. The top of the door at a height of 600mm finished with fixed glazing of approved pattern using 12mm thick toughened glass with M.S grill. Manufacturing supplying and fixing of steel door with the following specification MS angles of size 40x40x6mm are used for the outer frames and M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm for the shutter frames stiffeners with 32 x 6mm M.S flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18-gauge C.R. sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact. Providing Pre. Construction Anti-termite treatment to soil adjecent and under building foundation, plinth periphery of the building by application of chemicals of IS 63613 part I to IV in stages to suit the progress of work consist as per the detailed specification as below. Including breaking of termite mounds, making holes with crow bar, closing the holes after the treatment and including cost of chemicals, labour charges, transport and storing etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
