Construction of Academic Building, Student hostel & Electric Substation along with all necessary infrastructure facilities for IIIT Vadodara at Dumad, Vadodara.

Academic Building ( G+5 storey) Construction consisting of all civil and electrical works i.e. RCC framed structure work, CC works, all cutting and filling earth works below building ground coverage as well as internal courtyards, Masonry, floorings, stone works, roofing works, all finishing, painting, door- window-ventilators-cupboards including their fittings and fixtures, steel works, structural glazing works, all services like water supply, sanitary, sewer, drainage etc., interior works like false ceilings, wall panelling, curtains, all toilet including fittings and fixtures, water proofing, over head water tanks on building for domestic and fire fighting water supply, work in internal and external courtyard, plinth protection work all around the building ,internal electrical installations and luminaires, Lightning conductor ESE based technology, UPS, Addressable Fire Alarm System & PA System, Survillance& security system, Passenger Lifts (13/16 passangers), Data networking system, Water cooler, EPABX, Access control system , VRF/VRV AC SYSTEM by incorporating stipulated specifications and integrating all internal and external services pertaining to Civil,E&M works etc , including all incidental works complete as per tendered drawings ,as per terms and conditions of bid document on built and handover basis and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge. (For payment purpose only plinth area of Academic building shall be measured) The rate of this item includes additional cost for additional floor height in lieu of normal floor height at all floor level and entrance verandah/porch as per architectural drawing, nothing extra shall be paid for extra height.

Electrical Substation building(i/c platform for D.G Set) and H T PANEL, Metre Room including sub station equipment and D G Set Construction of Sub station building ,HT panel and metre room building consisting of all civil and electrical works i.e. RCC framed structure work, CC works, all cutting and filling earth works below building ground coverage, Masonry, floorings, stone works, roofing works, all finishing, painting, door- window-ventilators including their fittings and fixtures, steel works, all services like water supply, sanitary, sewer, drainage etc., interior works like false ceilings, wall paneling , curtains, toilet including fittings and fixtures, water proofing, plinth protection work all around the building, External Development works, c/o D.G set plateform, internal Electical installations with luminaires including providing sub stationequipments such as CT/ PT Metering Panel , Indoor VCB HT panel (Incomer panel in meter room), Indoor VCB HT panel (1Incomer & 2 Out going),HT Cabling., Minimum 2x1000 KVA Transformers,. Bus duct, LT panel, capacitor panel, Minimum 750 KVA D.G set, MV Cabling ,safety equipments such as fire extinguishers, insulated mat, etc., Linear Tube Detection System,all types of cable trays(in all buildings), earthng, MCBDB including all incidental works etc. complete. The work shall be executed as per tendered drawings, as per terms and conditions of bid document on built and handover basis and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge. (For payment purpose only plinth area of electric sub statonbuilding and HT panel room/metre room building near main gate shall be measured) The rate of this item includes additional cost for additional floor height in lieu of normal floor height at all floor level and entrance verandah/porch as per architectural drawing, Nothing extra shall be paid for extra height.

PavementQuality Concrete Road (PQC)and Footpath,Shoulders, parking areas, walkways rotary and signages Construction of Pavement Quality Concrete Road (PQC) of minimum M30 grade with flexural strength is not less than 4.5 N/mm2 as per MORTH specification,including all earth works i.e. cutting and filling works,preparation of subgrade WBM, Dry lean concrete, Impermeable plastic sheet membrane over DLC surface, road marking, kerb expansion, contraction and construction Joints i.e. dowels &tie bars, sleeves, cutting and sealing joints with polysulphite sealant etc.; including earth work, island portions of concrete road i.e. below tendered drawings and as per terms and conditions of bid document on built and handover basis, as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: - Top finished length and width shall be measured for payments. Area of kerb channels, saucer drains and area developed below side portions/ islands in Concrete road shall not be measured)

Construction of footpath, shoulders, singnages, parking areas, walkways and rotary using interlocking glazed cement concrete paver blocks, CC kerb stones and other items including all works in sub base i.e. sand filling, earth work and CC below kerb stone etc and all incidental works all complete as per tendered drawings and as per term and conditions of bid document on builtand handover basis, and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Top finished length and width shall be measured for payments. Area of kerb channels, saucer drains and area developed below side portions/ islands in Concrete road shall not be measured

External feeder pillar & external lighting panel, Boom barriers, Sewage Treatment Plant of 160KLD capacity on MBR technology (Construction consisting of civil and Electrical works such as Earthwork, CC, RCC structure, flooring, steelwork, finishing, water proofing ,internal electrical installations with luminaries including), Horticulture work, Drip irrigation system etc. all complete as per tender drawings and as per terms and conditions of bid document on built and handover basis, as perdirections of Engineer-in-charge.
