Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials with in 50 metres lead. as per specification, approved drawing design as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within leads, lifts and other inciddentals. Ther ate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

8 mm thick fully perforated calcium silicate board made with Calcareous & Siliceous materials reinforced with cellulose fibermanufactured througautoclavingprocesstogive stable crystalline structure withminimum compressive strength 225 kg/ sq.cm, bendinstrength 100 kg/sq. cm , of size595x595 mm, having perforation of dia. 10mwith minimum perforated area 18 % withnon woven tissue on the back side, havingan NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) of0.85, with 50 mm thick rockwool of 48 kg/cum backing as per specification, approved drawing design as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within leads, lifts and other inciddentals. Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters of Kutty flushdoor,Kitply industries(Swastic)Jawala,Samart Laminate CNC Commercial ltd.SR.Jindal ply wood(Prima) century. conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type,ore of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers onboth faces of shutters 35 mm thick including ISI marked stainless steel butt hinges with necessary screws etc complete.as per specification, approved drawing design as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within leads, lifts and other inciddentals. Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm inpatches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground,all complete .
