SPM-SOX-NOX Collection of samples for emission through stack/stacks of the operating unit/units of the Power Station conducting analysis (SPM, SOX, NOX all at 6% O2 correction and other necessary parameters) and submitting reports etc. as per guideline/stipulation of MoEFCC, GOI/ WBPCB/ CPCB during 24 (twenty four) calendar months

CAAQMS DATA Sample collection for Ambient Air from 4 (four) nos. locations per month surrounding the Power Station conducting, analyzing & submitting of report containing relevant parameters including PM2.5, PM10, SO2, NO2, CO, O3, NH3, Pb, C6H6, As, Bap, Ni (1 hour & 8 hour report for CO and O3 to be submitted separately) etc. all as per guidelines of MoEFCC, GOI/WBPCB /CPCB during 24 (twenty four) calendar months

AALYZING AND SUBMITTING REPORT OF ASH Collection of samples not exceeding 2 (two) of Dry Fly Ash from Silo & Pond Ash for analyzing and submitting report etc. all as per guideline/ stipulation of MoEFCC, GOI/CEA/CPCB/WBPCB showing different parameters i.e. Geotechnical & Engineering properties, shear & consolidation properties, physical & chemical properties along with Cadmium, Arsenic, Thallium, Nickel, Lead, Zinc, Selenium, Mercury, Hexavalent Chromium (as Cr+6) on half yearly basis

MONITORING OF NOISE LEVEL Monitoring of Noise Level inside the Plant from 4 (four) locations such as CHP Crusher House, Turbine Floor, Coal Mill, Boiler Feed Pump Area and Township Area and others if required etc. analyzing and submitting of report etc. as per guideline/stipulation of MoEFCC, GOI/CPCB/WBPCB

ANALYSIS OF FUGITIVE AIR Collection of samples for fugitive air from 7 (seven) separate locations for analyzing & submitting of reports etc. as per guideline/stipulation of MoEFCC, GOI/CPCB/WBPCB. Parameters to be tested are: TSPM, PM10, SO2, NO2 and free available Silica on half-yearly basis

ANALYSIS OF EFFLUENT WATER OF ASH POND Collection of samples for analyzing liquid effluent water from Ash Pond in service and submitting report etc. as per guideline/stipulation of CEA, MoEFCC, GOI/WBPCB/CPCB. Parameters to be tested are: Oil & Grease, BOD, COD, pH & TSS (in mg/lit. except pH) during 24 (twenty four) calendar months

ANALYSIS OF EFFLUENT WATER BANPUR CANAL Collection of sample for analyzing liquid effluent water from Drainage Pump House to Banpur Canal & submitting report etc. as per guideline/stipulation of CEA, MoEFCC, GOI/WBPCB/CPCB during 12 (twelve) calendar months. Parameters to be tested are: pH, TSS, BOD, COD, O&G, free available Chlorine, Fe, Cu, Cr, PO4 and Zn (in mg/lit. except pH) during 24 (twenty four) calendar months

ANALYSIS OF EFFLUENT WATER OF CBD,BBD,ET Collection of liquid effluent sample from ETP, Boiler Blowdown & Cooling Tower Blowdown for conducting, analyzing & submitting report, etc. as per guideline/stipulation of CEA, MoEFCC, GOI/WBPCB/CPCB during 12 (twelve) calendar months. Parameters to be tested are: pH, TSS, BOD, COD, O&G, free available Chlorine, Fe, Cu, Cr, PO4 and Zn (in mg/lit. except pH) during 24 (twenty four) calendar months

ANALYSIS OF DRINKING WATER Collection of nos. of sample not exceeding 2 (two) locations for analyzing drinking water from Power House and Township and submitting reports etc. Parameters to be tested are: Odor, Taste, pH, TDS, Hardness (as CaCO3), Alkalinity (as CaCO3), Nitrate, Sulphate, Fluoride, Chloride, Turbidity (NTU), Arsenic, Copper, Cadmium, Chromium, Lead, Iron, Zinc, Fecal Coliform (cfu) & E. Coli (cfu) (All in mg/lit. except pH), during 24 (twenty four) calendar months
