Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing debrish from site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. including removing of unserviciable material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class `B` bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work with using water proofing coumpound (WPC) @ 200ml per bag (50 Kg) of cement or as per manufacturers instruction and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in wall complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Material and labour for 10mm thick dubbing out plaster on irregular face of walls / ceiling and rough finished in cement mortar (1:4) including GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and waste complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic washable distemper over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming one coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismanting of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated / semi corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium Zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall/ ridges / valley gutters fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing, securing, erecting only with self tapping screws including minor mason work and filling of holes etc with concrete and making good of existing 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain/corrugated steel sheet as in roof covering/cladding to wall or in any position and in patch works complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for structural steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes including dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided and removing materials from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for closing bolt / screws holes etc. in old corrugated steel sheets or aluminium sheeting by sealing with one bitumen and one curved GI washer on either side and 6mm G.I. bolts and nuts, all set in stiff white lead, bolt n exc 25mm in length complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing, cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges of walls/columns etc including demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing of unserviciable material from site works complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete from roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work of any description including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition and removing debries from site of work complete all directed.

Material and labour for RCC (1:2:4) (nominal mix) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, slab, girders, bres-summers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. with rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc. 15cm thick (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8), type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor or pavings etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, laid in panels including finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including forming costruction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound of group 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix false ceiling with powder coated exposed GI grid suspension system (E-grid T-2430 or equivalent load carrying capacity- 12.50 Kg/sqm with mid span deflection n. exc. 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200mm c/c) consisting of main runner 3600mm long of size- 24x38mm x 0.25mm thick, cross tee of section size- 24x27mm x 0.25mm thick 1200mm/600mm long and wall angle of section size 22x22mm x 0.4mm thick. The main runners to be placed @ 1200mm, The cross tee 1200mm will be inserted in pre-cut slots of main runner at a regular interval of 600mm to form a modular grid of 1200mmx600mm. Additional cross tee of 600mm shall be placed perpendicular to the cross tee1200mm long to finally form a grid of 600mm x 600mm shall be supported by 4mm dia G.I. wire from perlins/soffits. 6mm thick high pressure steam cured non Asbestos fibre cement designer ceiling board (density> 1200kg/cum, modules of rupture (M.O.R)-15.85 Mpa, thermal conductivity (k)-0.0872 W/mk) of size 595mm x 595mm, confirming to IS 14862 & type B catagory III of ISO 8336-1993, (Reaction of fire-A2 -s1-d0) tested as per EN 13501 Part-I & BS-476 part-4, 5, 6 & 7, should be placed in the grid module to form a false ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix 15 mm bore steel tubes medium grade, galvanised, with all fitting and fixed to walls, ceilings, roofs or laid in floors including taking down existing unserviciable GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 20 mm bore steel tubes medium grade, galvanised, with all fitting and fixed to walls, ceilings, roofs or laid in floors including taking down existing unserviciable GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair gun-metal globe or gate valves 20 mm dia with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 ltrs and n. exc 500 ltrs including float valve, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, hoist and fix 1000 litre capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including 20mm dia ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and including dismantling of old unseviciable existing tank complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 20mm bore PTMT ball valves high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm including cleaning of roof top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing roof treatment in any layers and disposal of debris from site complete all as specified and directed. Notes: - (a) The rates are inclusive of removal for any type of old water proofing treatement over main RCC slab. (b) Bidders are advised to visit the site and esure about site condition before quoting their rates. (c) Demolition of PCC/ taking down plaster if any shall be measured and paid saparately under respective items.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, fins, facia, chajjas and similar suspended work including removal of debris from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer instruction as in levelling course to match undulation of roof, in coving, roof kerbs including benching or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc including necessary form work and finished the rough surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Material and labour for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) with using water proofing coumpound (WPC) @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturers instruction on roof top while concrete is green to become integrated part of concrete padding layer and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (WPC) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC roof surface comprising with the following course of treatment/specifications from bottom to top :- (a) Applying cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 liters per sqm confirming to IS 3384 over plastered surfaces of roof. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick, weight not less than 3.50 kgs per sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester matt central core fabric (weight not less than 160 GSM) and coated on both side with and including layer of APP modified bitumen and finished with and including micro-prefabricated heat fusible polythene film on both surfaces. (c) Applying one coats of hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg per sqm over membrane surface. (d) Finally applying two coats of bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.10 ltrs per sqm per coat on top surface. Note:- (i) The work shall be executed only through authorised applicator of manufacturer as approved by GE. (ii) Laying of APP based polymeric membrane shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturers instructions. (iii) A minimum overlap of 150mm and 100mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturers instructions. Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC roof surface with fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibers and upon curing forms a thick, seamless, durable membrane using product Smart Care Damp Proof Ultra (Product code- 5698) of Asian Paints Ltd or equivalent brand of makes M/s STP Ltd, M/s IWL India Ltd, M/s Tiki Tar Danosa (India) pvt ltd, M/s FOSROC Chemicals with the following course of treatment/specifications from bottom to top :- (a) Applying priming coat Smart Care Damp Proof Ultra as self priming with 33% water dilution with roller/ brush and allow to dry for 4-6 hours or as per manufacturer's instruction.
