Removal of vegetation, moss, brushwood etc. with roots from the Entire Dam body (H=140m, L=365m) & left abutment in the downstream side only, upto the length of around 100m with Height=140m, including by whatever means of approach suitable for both workers and work. This work of vegetation removal shall have to be followed by preparation and treatment of patch, from where the vegetation stands uprooted, by way of cleaning the surface against any undesirable and loose material followed by filling the patch/cavity with suitable EPOXY MORTAR over bonding agent or/and surface coating with suitable epoxy compound as per the requirements at site. All complete work to be as one job.

Providing and laying of HIGH PERFORMANCE CONCRETE/MORTAR (>=M50) as per the manufacturer's specifications on anywhere on the Dam face (H=140m, L=365m) including whatever means of approach suitable for both workers and work, preparation of surface like chipping and removal of loose material, applying appropriate epoxy binder / bonding agent/shear bars etc. and coating with epoxy layer(if required as per the design and specifications), all as per the engineering standards & specifications on the inclined/ vertical surfaces as per the requirements at site from toe to top of the dam body for various patch repair works on wet/dry surface.

Providing and fixing 32 mm thick MS plate (or as per Requirement at site) on dam ledge, splitters, glacis or wherever required on dam face including whatever means of approach suitable for both workers and work, preparation of surface like chipping and removal of loose material, making the surface rough and applying appropriate bonding agent/epoxy compound/shear bars/connecting bolts etc. as per the specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. All works complete.

Painting of various steel linings on the dam face at glacis, splitters, ledges etc. with appropriate impact resistant epoxy paint including whatever means of approach suitable for both workers and work, preparation of surface like removal and scrapping of loose material, making the surface rough and applying appropriate priming coat as per manufacturer’s specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. All works complete.

5. Providing and fixing PVC pipe single socketed, 110 mm dia of standard make having ISI mark with clamps and other fixtures fitted with proper bolts on dam face from Elevation 838.5 masl to 728.40 masl including whatever means of approach suitable for both workers and work as per manufacturer’s specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. All works complete.
