Point wiring for switch controlled primary light /Fan /exhaust fan points with 3x1.5 sq mm (P+N+E) FRLS PVC insulated 660/1100 volt grade flexible stranded copper conductor wires of Polycab / Finolex / APAR/ Havells standard /GrandlaysI /Paraflex make, to be laid in recessed pvc conduitng system (25 mm dia PVC Conduits with allied accessories including cutting of walls /floors with hydraulic cutters and refacing to original position by way of cement plastering /pop / paiting etc complete job including cost of conduits /Bends and allied accessories like lighting junction deeps /Fan deeps /Hooks etc ) and incl the cost of supplying and fixing modular grid plate mounted flush mounted 240 volts 6 amp control switch with modular cover plate of Schneider /ABB /L&T /Legrand /Simens make , complete as per specification and as required to be provided nd fitted on GI boxes .The Job includes providing and laying of circuit wiring with 3 x 1.5 Sq.mm PVC Insulated multistranded copper to be laid through pvc conduit from DB to first switch in sub circuit complete job .(

Point wiring for 10 Amp Socket out lets with 3x2.5 sq mm (P+N+E) FRLs PVC insulated 660/1100 volt grade flexible stranded (50 strands of 0.25 mm dia.) copper conductor wires of Polycab / Finolex / APAR / Havells standard /grandlays /Paraflex make, to be laid in recessed pvc conducting system incl the cost of supplying and fixing modular grid plate mounted flush mounted 2 no 240 volts 6 amp 5 pin socket out let along with 2 No's of 6 Amp control Switch of with modular cover plate of Schneider /ABB /L&T /Legrand /Simens make , complete as per specification and as required to be provided and fitted on GI boxes . The Job includes providing and laying of circuit wiring of same size from DB to first switch in sub circuit (Maximum two points shall be connected /provided in one circuit and no extra circuit wiring shall be paid what so ever reason or length) Complete as required

Point wiring for 16 Amp Socket out lets ( Two out lets wired in one sub circuit ) with 3x4 sq mm (P+N+E) FRLS PVC insulated 660/1100 volt grade flexible stranded copper conductor wires of of Polycab / Finolex / APAR/ Havells standard /grandlays /Paraflex make, to be laid in recessed PVC conducting system and incl the cost of supplying and fixing modular grid plate mounted flush mounted 240 volts 16 amp 6 pin combined shuttered socket out let along with 240 volt 16 Amp control Switch with modular cover plate of Schneider /ABB /L&T /Legrand /Simens make , complete as per specification and as required to be provided & fitted on GI boxess with inter connection complete as per specifications and as required. The Job includes providing and laying of circuit wiring of same size from DB to first switch in sub circuit (Maximum two points shall be connected / provided in one circuit and no extra circuit wiring shall be paid what so ever reason or length)

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 12 watt LED surface/recessed Down lighters (Commercial type) having Aluminium Body/housing (Alumnium Heat shrink is not allowed ) ,minimum lumens 100 lm/w ,the luminaries housing should be crca /aluminium and the luminary optics shall have a high efficiency with transmittance ,average life of 50000 hrs operating temperature -10 C to + 45 having LM79 /80 & NABL approved of Havells/ Helonix /Jaguar / Bajaj / HG /crompton make incl making of necessary Connections. ). The job further includes replacement warranty of fixture (if damaged /burnt out what so ever reason) for a period of one years reckoned from date of successful commissioning /handing over of site to intending department.

Supply, Installation testing and commissioning of 1200 mm sweep Ceiling Fans of Crompton Greaves / Havel's / Usha /Helonix /Orient .make make ( Sample to be got approved ) with 3 way ceiling rose of SSK make Complete incl making of necessary connections

Supply and fixing of indicator (modular type) fitted on modular grid plate including cost of modular plate of required size

Supply and fixing modular blanking plates on existing modular switch plates, excluding cost of plates.
