Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 M deep for taking out / laying cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 1.00 above, but in hard /dense soil.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50M and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for dry sand cushioning for under ground cable provided with layer and sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm after laying the cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned depth only shall be measured as per SSR provisions.

Material & labour for bricks sub class B old size in cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for filling the road / hard standings cut for laying cable with PCC 1:2:4, type B2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable/burnt cable end termination by isolating power supply from transformer/LT panel disconnecting burnt/faulty cable from the bunch of cables in trenches/duct, removing cable loop and material and labour for making Re-rout, cable termination of 3 1/2 core armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm to 150 sqmm, 1100 volts with suitable size of cable glands, aluminium lugs duly crimpled and insulated with insulation tape (in different colours) duly replaced the rusted nuts, bolts and washers of nickel chromium plated with new ones and applying petroleum jelly, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old and supply, laying and connecting up through surface/wall/duct cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 400 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 10.00 above but Size of 240 sqmm 3.5 core.

All as per item No 10.00 above but Size of 185 sqmm 3.5 core.

Taking down old unserviceable galvanised iron pipe and supply and lay new GI pipe of size 80 mm bore light grade for cable protection in road crossing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable battery charger from the battery bank, supply fix and testing new DC battery charger of capacity 200 AH, 110 volts, 30 Amps FCBD with DCBD suitable for 110V , 200 AH, (VRLA) battery complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting and taking down o[d damaged lead acid batteries from various sub-stations and supply & fix new maintenance free (VALA) 24 volts, 200AH batteris united/fixed together with copper strips by series connection to make a battry bank of 110 V with initial charging and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed Make Amara Raja Note :- Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for providing necessary battery connection links and contro wiring from charger to HT panels.
