Water Bound Macadam G II: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405

Water Bound Macadam G III: Providing,laying , sperading and compactiong stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam Grading - III specification ( 53mm to 22.4mm @ 0.91cum per 10 sqm for compacted thickness of 75mm ) including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening materials ( 11.2 mm stone grit for Grading - III @ 0.18 cum per 10 sqm ) to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORD Specification

Providing and applying Prime coat Low porosity with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) complying with IS:8887on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70- 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying Tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing laying and rolling of Cold mixed open graded Premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm and 11.2mm nominal size aggregates using penetration grade cationic bitumen emulsion tp required line,grade and level serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and roling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity ,finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat og type B as per MORD Specification clause 506.2.

Providing and laying Seal coat by Bituminous Emulsion as for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using , Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 508 (TYPE-B)

Providing fixing of Title Information Board with PMGSY Logo at suitable place in the starting of the road as per attached standard drawing duly painted and written as per the MORD specification and direction given by Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing of Citizen Information Board with PMGSY Logo at starting or prominent location (where maximum no. of citizens can view the detail of the road) as per attached standard drawing dully painted and written as per the MORD specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
