PART-I:- Painting of complete flocculator system including electric motor, complete floccolator shaft, blades/arms, angle iron, wooden planks and complete shed with requisite colour and marking good condition including preparing surface by cleaning, rubbing and making surface smooth for painting and priming, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Painting of complete cover shed of sedimentation tank made of MS wire and repair to angle iron by welding complete angle iron, wooden planks and complete shed with requisite colour and marking good condition including preparing surface by cleaning, rubbing and making surface smooth for painting and priming, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Repair/replacement of flocculator system including opening, dismentlling of complete gear box assembly of flocculator from user site for maintenance of gear box with servicing, greasing, lathe work, ressembling, testing and applying two coats of paint in pattern complete all as specified and directed.

(i) Opening and taking out old unsv main shaft bearing and replacement into appropriate size at proper fixing in existing user site complete all as specified.

(ii) Opening and taking out old unsv gasket and replacement with suitable size of existing user site for gear box assembly complete all as specified and directed.

(iii) Opening and taking out of unsv gear oil and supply & filling in replacement of super gear oil 90W 100 grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Best quality AQUA FIT (Calcium based granular disinfectant for water treatment, more stable than chlorine gas and stronger than bleaching powder) in 45Kg packing plastic drum. Make:- Declibac/Purichlor or equivlant in makes as approved by MES.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, all as specified.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, all as specified and directed.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed ballusters walk ways; railings; flat iron for framing grills, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, all as specified.

Welded steel wire fabric not exceeding 4Kg/Sqm complete to steel members, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C fencing) any section, including taking out embedded portion in and making good disturbed ground, posts embedded in concrete, complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise pprovided for, complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil to be distance n.exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m high from the starting point, all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out in any type of soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, C-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long, Diameter of neck 10mm, complete all as speciied.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified.

Supply Only Chain link hot dipped galvanisd fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified.

M&L for mosaic tiles/chips in vertical surface of sand filteration chamber of existing size set and jointed in neat cement slurry with water proofing compound to avoid leakage and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick plaster layer of 1:4 CM on other than fair faces of brick masonary or stone masonary, complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and replacement of existing fountain at main reservoir including GI tubing, electric motor, nozzles to spread the water all around in an aesthatical appearance and complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
