Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any position exceeding 15 cm thickness above ground floor, etc and removing rubbish upto outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of the sunken floor surfaces by mechanical abrading to remove all loose mortar and laitance, oil, grease etc and washing with plenty of water, making the surfaces sound and free from cracks by cutting 'V' grooves cut along the cracks and filling with SMARTCARE repair mortar, carryout initial pond test for 24 hours to identify any invisible cracks, injection grouting for cracks on negative side of the surface using shrink compensating grout additive SMARTCARE Injection Grout Additive @ 250 gms/50 Kg bag of cement with neat cement slurry by drilling the hole of 12mm dia and fixing the nozzles using fast setting compound SMARTCARE Instant Leak Stop along the construction joints, cracks etc at a distance of not more than 500mm Angle Fillet, providing a cement sand mortar based fillet of 50x50mm admixed with APL Smart Care Multi Purpose Polymer @ 0.25 Litre per 50 Kg of cement all around in the side at the floor and wall junction and curing by water as per standard practice, supply and applying two component elestomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitous water proofing coating, Smart Care Damp Block 2K Suprema or equivelant as approved having 100% elongation as per ASTM D 412 resisting 5 bars positive hydrostatic pressure and 4 bars negative hydrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per ASTM C 1202 crack bridging upto 12mm as per ASTM 4548.5. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder and 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing complete all as per the manufacturer's instruction at a consumption factor of 1.5Kg/Sqm in two coats complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for 50mm thick PCC 1:1.5:3, type A-0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in floor bed for laying tiles etc mixed with admixture SMARTCARE Vitalia @ 100ml per bag of cement and laid in slope of 1:100 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with admixture SMARTCARE Vitalia @ 100ml per bag of cement finished the surface rough complete all as specified and as directed. (Make:: Asian Paints or equivelant of STP/Fosroc)

M & L for treatment around the pipes passing through walls (Core cut area) by wrapping around all the pipes with APL Smart Care adhere to the surfaces with APL Smart Care Acrylic Bonding Agent and placed appropriately to be grouted around the cut bores, Grouting the gaps between the pipe and the core cutting by a edual shrinkage compensated mcementitous grout APL Smart Care Generl Purpose Grout that shall be poured into the gaps after fixing in place for effective leak-free shuttering complete all as per the manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortor 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceilings and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance n.exc 100m as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Brick work with fly ash, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 using old size brick complete all as specified and directed.
