Flying hours considered above is for price evaluation purpose only. Successful bidder has to provide services as per actual requirement and payments will be made as per actual services rendered.

Same rates shall be applicable for all the Helicopters offered. Bidders should submit single price sheet for all helicopters quoted. In case of quote in multiple currencies, bidder should use one price sheet for each currency and number the sheets as Part 1, Part 2 ..... The INR values of price components will be added to arrive at evaluated contract price.

The Mobilization charge (incl GST) should not exceed 5% of annual evaluated contract value per helicopter(incl GST). In case the quoted mobilization charge is higher than the specified limit, then the bid shall be evaluated restricting the mobilization charges up to the above specified limit. Percentage at Sl. No.-B.1 above provides a check.

FMC (Fixed Montly Charges ) should not exceed FHC (Flying Hourly Charge) X 100, failing which their bid shall be evaluated restricting the FMC charge upto FHC X 100. Sl. No.-B.2 provides a check.

FHC should be quoted exclusive of ATF cost as ATF shall be provided as free supply item by ONGC at Mumbai and Western Offshore location. Whenever, ATF is arranged by the Contractor under the contractual provisions, the same shall be paid for actual consumption supported with original voucher from the ATF supplier of the concerned airport.

No separate charges shall be paid for night halt.

Passenger Service Fee (PSF), if any, will be reimbursed at actuals. ( Ref . Cluase No. 11.6 of Special conditions of Contract )

For any helicopter positioned at any notified detachment location outside Mumbai, an additional payment will be paid as detachment charges to cover the cost of boarding, lodging and transportation of Contractor’s personnel etc. @ Rs. 6,00,000/-(Indian Rupees Six Lakh only) PLUS applicable GST per month per helicopter. For temporary movement of helicopter(s) away from designated base on ONGC’s request, provisions as in model contract will apply.

GST and other Taxes & duties: Bidders are required to ascertain themselves, the prevailing rates of Goods and Service Tax (GST) and all other taxes and duties as applicable (alongwith rates of all related levies viz. Surcharges, Cess, etc.,) on the scheduled date of submission of Price Bids/ revised Price Bids (if any) and ONGC would not undertake any responsibility whatsoever in this regard. In case, the quoted information related to various taxes and duties subsequently proves wrong, incorrect or misleading:- a) ONGC will have no liability to reimburse the difference in the duty/tax, if the finally assessed amount is on the higher side. b) ONGC will have the right to recover the difference in case the rate of duty/tax finally assessed is on the lower side.

Bidder has to make own arrangement for parking, hangar, repair etc. of the helicopters at their own cost at the bases including Mumbai & other detachment locations with the respective airport authorities.

The quoted price shall be firm for entire duration of the contract .
