Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) 40 mm thick as in sub base to receive tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 15mm screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for granite (of any type) tiles 20 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding, moulding the edges and polishing over screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes all as specified and as directed .

M & L for 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified

Taking down existing roof treatment incl plastering below tar felt etc of any type any thickness and remove the same from work site (out side the MD land) Complete all as specifed..

M & L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortor 1:4 mixed with water proffing compound including brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3kg per Sq.M as in roofs Note : (water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

Supply only infegral water proofing compound.

Supply and lay HYPERPLAS-STANDARD 3kg/sq.M polymeric water proofing membrane incorporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film inclding coating the surface with a coat of water based bituminous primer @ 100gms/sq.M, followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90/15 @ 1.2kg/Sq.M each at the top and bottom and applying of one coat of aluminium paint on the membrane complete including sealing all joints by themo fusion with minium 10cm overlap all as per manufacturers instructions.

Supply and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 10 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner Complete all as specifed.
