M&L for roughening old concrete surface by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove weak concrete/plaster dust etc all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on walls/ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed. .

M&L 15 mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes tiles,all as specified and as directed. .

M&L Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces , finished fair and even .for receiving tiles.

M & L Joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick of area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm, in floors. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match all as specified and directed.

All as as per Srl item No 5 here in above but on skirting.

Re securing or easing & adjusting, without taking down shutters of any description exc. 1 Sqm and n exc. 2 sqm each. all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards, (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including wooden grid work/ cover fillets.all as directed.

S & F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of grid size 605 x 605 mm for false ceiling including GI hanger 6 mm dia complete alll as specified and directed.

M& L for 4 mm thick non asbestose fibre cement bldg boards in ceiling ,fixed to aluminium frame work and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing finishes from wall surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying 2 mm thick wall care putty on walls complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for prepration of new treated surface of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated wooden surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil.

M&L for taking down existing ceiling fan along with down rod and flexible cable .Supply and fixing in replacement of down rod 75 cm long with clamp and three core round flexible copper cable of 1.5 sqmm from ceiling rose to fan .Refixing the ceiling fan in original position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down existing tube light fittings of any size and type and refixing the same on down the fall ceiling including connections with three core round flexible copper cable of 1.5 sqmm from ceiling rose to tube light fitting complete all as specified and directed.
