Repairs to the Community Toilets

Roofing: - Roofing will be provided with 0.5mm thick galvanized / pre painted G.I. profiled sheets fixed to the purlins with 14 size self drilling screws with neoprene washer. Side laps are stitched with self tapping / drilling screws. End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm Butyl tape. The sheets are provided with anti capillary grove. etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers for finished item of work.

Steel Structure: - Structure is made up of 50x50X 2.8 mm/33x66x2.8mm thick hollow M.S. sections for Trusses, columns, and purlins. - Columns tc., complete as directed by the departmental officers for finished item of work.

Providing and fixing 28 -30 MM thick solid Wood Polymer Composite(WPC) single extruded door shutter with 3MM top and bottom rigid layer with an overall density of 750kg/Cum. It will be fixed to the frame using 3 inch /4 inch hinges. A minimum of 4 hinges will be required for fixing the door with the frame . etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers for finished item of work.

Construction of Brick Masonary in CM(1:8) prop., with 2nd class Bricks traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, tools and plants, scaffolding charges, all leads and lifts, curing, all labour charges, all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Plastering with CM (1:3), 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and water to work site and all operational incidental, labour charges such as scaffolding, mixing mortar lift charges curing etc., complete for finished item of work.

Painting Walls with Snowcem or other equal and approved Water Proof Cement Paint over Priming Coat, 2 Coats (All Colours)

Supply and fixing of L-Section Angular including cost and conveyance all materials and cutting, welding, fabrication and all labour charges, etc,.completed.

Painting with Synthetic Enamel paints - Two Coats - For New Iron Work including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., completed.
