Excavation of earth

Straightening and laying of Earth mat of 32 mm M S round 0.6 mtr deep in mixed soil according to drawing or as per UPCL direction or/and as per site requirement. Making T-joints, cross joint and Lap joints by welding of M S round bar together using cleats of MS Angles 65x65x6 mm, chipping the slag and painting of the joints with black bitumen paint (including supply of paint) to avoid rusting. Cutting & making electrode 2.5 mtr long with conical pointed bottom and driving of the electrode remains 450 mm below ground level. Backfilling of soil in trenches, ramming and leveling of trench properly after completion of eartmat and earthing work is complete. Making of Delta/Bridge earthing for structure/panels i.e. LA, 11 KV panels, ACDB, DCDB, Neutral of power & station transformer.

Earthing of structures using G.I. strips including strengthening, cutting, bending & welding with structure and equipments.

Special earthing by treatment of soil with highly conducted material like combination of bentonite, conductive cement, coke dust, sodium carbonate, MgSo4, NaCl & CaCl2 as per ISS 3043-1987 as per annexure -A (including cost of all material & labor)
