BOQ ( Sch A ) Electric works M & L for supply, transporting, erecting truly in vertical position and fixing of steel tubular swaged pole, over all length 9 metres, type 410 – SP – 31 complete with mild steel base plate, pole cap, finial taper plug, MS bolts, nuts & washers, necessary excavation & earthwork in hard / dense soil, PCC sub base block as mass concrete of size 600 X 600 X 150 mm in cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 in base of foundation, PCC foundation block of size 600 X 600 X 1500 mm in cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-2, pole plinth of size 600 X 600 X 300 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 including necessary form work as required at site and painting of pole with two coats of anti corrosive black bituminous paint through out internally and externally upto planting depth (embedded in concrete) and remaining portion of the pole painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on complete exposed surface including painting of 05 Nos. bands / strips of 30 cm wide each with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (black & yellow) at a distance of 30 cm from plinth block upto 1500 mm height and marking / sign writing of pole number and feeders locations of pole with thick synthetic enamel paint (white) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for stringing, stretching and strengthening of overhead conductor (ACSR) on existing LT steel tubular pole including binding and jointing the conductor with and including 14 SWG binding wire and following sizes ACSR conductors: - (a) 6/1 X 2.59 mm aluminium and 1 X 2.59 mm steel (Weasel) (b) 6/1 X 3.00 mm aluminium and 1 X 3.00 mm steel (Ferret)

S&F shackle type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator of size 75mm height and 90mm dia for working pressure 1100 volts, LT complete with insulator bolts, washers and nuts complete all as specified and directed.

S & F stay assembly comprising GI stay bow 400 X 14 mm, GI steel stay rod 1800 mm long X 16 mm dia with nut-bolts, washers, GI steel plate 230 X 230 X 6 mm, two Nos. thimble, loop insulator of size 65 X 90 mm clearance of hole 16 mm, stay wire of GI stay strand of size 7 X 3.15 mm fixed to stay assembly and stay clamps including necessary excavation and earth work in hard / dense soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 block/mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stringing, stretching and strengthening of GI wire 4mm dia on LT electric lines including binding, jointing etc all as specified.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel, earth plate electrode 600x600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground verticaly (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron/steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 on page 497 of MES schedule 2009 part - I connected to main switch board/main DBs/earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil, common salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick all round the GI earth plate, watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade, GI sheet 0.63 mm thick funnel, wire gauge, 50mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 150c/c both ways and pit/chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 with suitable lifting handle to cover, GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade up to 7.5mtr from electrode GI pipe to be fixed with complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Earth lead beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point/main switch & GI pipe light grade 15mm dia for protection against mechanical damage to lead shall be measured separately. (ii) On testing after completion if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost by the contractor.

Taking out unserviceable LT cable of any type and any size from pole/wall/trenches by disconnecting electric connections for repair / replacement of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exc 1.5 mtrs wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for laying cables and getting out incl jointing bottom surface to the reqd level/slope etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying of fine river sand, free from sharp material for cable cushioning in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick protection covers laid over cables of sub class'B' bricks old size (230X115X75)mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plastic (moulded poly propeline) line phase saperators for saperating 5 Nos of over head line conductors length 1200mm with 25mm with fly nuts and clamps suitable for 1100 volts grade LT electric lines of any size fixed with over head electric lines complete all as specified and directed.

Tightening / re-stringing of existing loose / broken ACSR conductor / copper conductor or any other type of conductor of any sizes and strengthening as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe light grade with all GI fittings fixed to pole/ laid to floor/ground for mechanical protection of cable of the following sizes :- (a) 80mm bore

Dismantling of existing LT pole any size/type from foundation including necessary exacavation and earth work including dismantling of concrete, MS clamps nuts, bolts, earth wire, overhead lines conductor, insulators, gaurding cradles and other accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing stay assembly any type and any size from its stay rod, cutting stay rods (above ground portion) dismantling MS clamps, nuts, bolts, stay bow, loop insulators, stay wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/taking out old ACSR/copper conductor/GI wire any size from existing over head lines incl disconnection all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/taking out insulator of any size and any type from existing electric LT lines all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/ taking out street light fitting any type any cap complete with bracket all as specified and directed

M & L for applying one coat of aluminium paint of approved quality including preparation of existing old painted surface of steel tubular LT poles complete including flat iron clamps, bracing , cross arms etc and numbering of poles with white synthetic enamel paint over a circular painted base and strip marking paint up to a height of 5 feet with black & yellow five bands with synthetic paint (strip of 1 feet height each) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing LED street light fitting 30/35 W pressure die cast aluminium IP66 roadway luminaire with high power LED as light source and electronic driver including GI bracket light grade 25/32mm and provn of electric supply to fitting from source by means of PVC Sheathed multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable of 2 core x 2.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing LED street light fitting 45 W pressure die cast aluminium IP66 roadway luminaire with operating range from 80Volt to 230 Volt, AC, with high power LED as light source and electronic driver of make Havells Cat Part No. ENDURASUNDOWNSL45WLED765PASYBOPC or its equivilent approved make of Crompton, HPL, Bajaj, including GI bracket light grade 25/32/40 mm dia and provn of electric supply to fitting from source by means of PVC Sheathed multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable of 2 core x 2.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing LED Flood light fitting 100 W, 230 Volt, AC, outdoor type pressure die cast aluminium IP66 luminaire with high power LED as light source and electronic driver with impact and corrosion resisant including clamp and GI bracket light grade 25/32/40 mm dia and provn of electric supply to fitting from source by means of PVC Sheathed multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable of 2 core x 4Sqmm core complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable junction box and Supply and fixing Junction Box made up of High quality thermoplastic polycarbonate enclosure with IP 65 degree of protection, weather proof, corrosion proof, dust proof, insulted and shock proof, fire retardant non toxic material with internally embedded gasket with 10 Amp MCB and 4 Nos terminal of size 200x160x98 mm of make Hensel or equivalent make of Sintex/ Universal complete all as specified and directed

Taking out old unserviceable service connection cable for replacement including S&F service connection cable, 1100 volts grade heavy duty PVC insulated aluminium conductor, 16 Sqmm 2 core size, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MCCB 415 Volts, 4 pole, 16 KA, 100 Ampere complete all as specified and directed

S & F MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 200 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed NOTE: Make and model of MCCB shall be as per sample/site requirement before purchasing material, the contractor shall take approval from GE and if any necessary alteration work required in panel for fixing of MCCB contractor have to carry out the same and the same shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of pole / floor, finished fair and even including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F guard cradles, make to shape, hexagonal / rectangular or any other shape as required and directed, fabricated out of 4 mm dia GI wire including 14 SWG binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous synthetic enamel paint white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Anti-climbing device,spikes type fabricated out of M.S bars (round, square and flat) including nut, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed
