The motor shall be suitable for three phase 415 V ± 10%, 50Hz supply. The job includes parallel combination of two pump sets fitted with two Cast Iron NRVs, Two Cast Iron Sluice valves, Long radius 90® bends 03 Nos, common pressure header with Flanges, Cork sheet Gaskets, Nuts Bolts with washers, provision for 25mm priming facility using 25mm heavy duty ball valves 02 NOs, 25mm (ERW) M.s. Pipe etc with each pump and M.S. Suction pipe of 4.6mm thick of (02 length) / 12 meter with Flanges, long radius bend 02 NOs, foot valves 02 NOs with strainer , clips and clamps, nipples, flanges etc. The size of the NRVs Sluice Valves and suction pipe shall be in accordance with the size of the pump i.e. (Suction/ Delivery). Control Panel with one incomer / two out goings for two pump sets in parallel operation. (One running and the other standby and vice versa) with control cubical for lighting (10 Amp / 220 V, heating 30 Amp/ 220V) miscellaneous 15 Amp/420V . Soft starter/ star-delta starter for each pump sets. Design, Fabrication, Assembling, Wiring , Installation, Testing and Commissioning fixed type, floor mounted, cubical design motor control centre fabricated out of 2mm/14 SWG CRCA thick sheet duly painted, suitable for indoor use, internally wired complete with Aluminum bus bar covered with PVC heat shrinkable sleeves, cloud coded. The panel shall be complete with all protections in-build (Over load/PTC/Line fault /Voltage imbalance/Phase reversal/ Under voltage/ Over temperature/Open Gate/ Excessive Starts per Hr, Single phasing), Innovative starting solutions:- ( soft start/soft stop/ current limit/ full voltage/kick start/presets low speed/ linear speed start and stop/dual ramp), Main incoming MDO ACB with short circuit release including earth fault and under voltage protection.
