Item No. 1 :- Earthwork in excavation by mechanical manual means in all types of strata comprising any of the material such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravel, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles, all types of coglomerates, all types of laterite rocks, soft rock,ordinary rock,disintegrated rock,fissured / shuttered rock, decomposed or weathered rock and such other materials in full or in parts as the case may be by adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted including chiselling,wedging etc.but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry,moist, saturated submerged, foul conditions etc. including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering incl. setting out constructed of shoring and bracing, removal of stump and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposal of excavated soil/rock at specified areas all leads and lifts etc. as per specification & drawing and directed by the Engineer- in- charge etc. complete.

Construction of embankement with approved material obtained from borrowpits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting with vibratory roller to meet requirement of Table 300-2 as per MORTH specification 305

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : a) All works upto plinth level

Reinforced cement concrete work (1:11/2:3) (1 cement:11/ 2 coarse sand: 3 graded granitic or basaltic aggreate 20mm nominal size)in suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves and their supports and balconies upto floor five level including finishing and plastering the ceiling with C.M. (1:3) (1 cement: 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6mm to give a smooth and even surface but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Providing and fixing of weep holes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while laying pipe of approved the concrete of retaining wall, wing wall and earth retaining structure complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (B) 75 mm dia

Supplying jamba wooden bally piles 150 mm mean diameter cut to length required (not exceeding 9 metres) and planted in position ready for driving: a) Upto 2.5 meters long pile

Driving down wooden piles of 150mm mean diameter either in vertical or battered work to approved lines and level through various strata including arranging all the appliances necessary for pile driving complete at site ( portion in ground only to be measured) a) Upto 2.5 meters long pile

Providing, Supplying and fixing in position cement balusters ) of mix 1:3 reinforced with 10mm steel bar, casted using single mould, hand crafted of clear height 60 cm, circular of dia 14cm, spaced at 20 cm c/c including fixing and embeding in concrete,neatly polished and properly cured all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing, Supplying and fixing in position curb stones/deviders 60x45x15 of Mix 1:11/2:3 as per standard specification of GHRSSIDC, including fixing and embeding in concrete,maintaining in plumb,line and level and properly cured all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying factory made Shot blasted cement concrete interlocking paver block of minimum M35 / M40 grade made by heavy duty block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design / shape laid in 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer.- in I, Wave, Rectangular, Square etc. shapes. The products should comply to IS 15658:2006 and manfucatured by ISO9001: 2008 certified plant. The shot blasting should be done using 0.4-0.5mm dia steel shots with a speed of 3200 rpm. 60 mm thick in all colours except grey (M35 Grade)
