Round the clock Operation and maintenance of E&M installations i.e. HT/LT panels, transformers, power cables, pumps, DG sets (only operation and regular cleaning and monitoring), ACs etc including breakdown maintenace, and ensure serviceability/ satisfactory working condition and maintaining all records as per PMI schedule as per the special conditions of contract and particular specifications, as per instruction of EIC at various NAV-AID installations inside operational area.

Lifting and lowering of submerssible pump up to 3 HP from borewell by providing required arrangements including jointing of submerssible cable by providing new joint kit for submerssible cable etc complete as required as per site requirement

Supply of copper refrigerant pipe of size 1/4" with neoprene insulation for 1.5 TR /2.0 TR split AC units.

Supply of copper refrigerant pipe of size 5/8" with neoprene insulation for 1.5 TR /2.0 TR split AC units.

Supply of 25 mm flexible braided PVC pipe for drainage of condensate from indoor units to the nearest drain-port as per site requirement.

Dehydration of insulating oil for transformers through centrifugal oil purifier / sparkler machine and heating arrangements to attend withstand strength of 40 kv for one minute as per IS 355 - 1983 (uptodate ammendments) with submission of prior and post-test report of breaking strength of oil at sub-station including Top-up of transformer as required.

SITC of silica gel breather as per sample in the existing transformer etc. as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Scrubing, rubbing, cleaning & spray painting of LT Panels, metal frame, metal boxes, metal surface in different shape and in different location with 02 coat of synthetic enamel paint as per site requirement.

Lettering with synthetic enamel paint as per the instructions of Engineer in Charge.

Supply of RED/YELLOW/BLUE/GREEN LED Indicator Lamp set for LT Panels of size inner Diameter 22.5 mm suitable to operate from 230V AC, 50Hz supply.

Overhauling & servicing of arresting leakage of transformer HT and LT side, conservator tank, Bucholz relay, top cover, all radiators, Bushing changing etc. of transformers at various substation with dehydration/ filtration transformer oil etc. (a) Up to 400 KVA transformer.

Overhauling and servicing of LT ACB's of various makes up to 800 Amp

Overhauling and servicing of existing HT (6 KV / 11 KV) VCB's/RMU's of various makes

Testing and calibration of various types of relays for existing HT system as technical details of Tender document.

Cleaning the surface (both sides) of MS chequered plates available at different sub-stations and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint etc. as directed by Engineer in charge,

Supply and Fixing of FRP covers of suitable size of 10 mm thickness on existing opening of different earth pit/Manhole covers at various locations of substation as per instruction of E-I-C

Supply and fixing of 6 mm thick chequered plates i/c. welding, painting etc. as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of MS channel of size 75 x 40 mm (ISMC 75) of suitable lengths i/c grouting on the roof/wall, welding, painting etc. as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of MS angle of size 50x50x6 mm i/c grouting on the roof/wall, welding, painting etc. as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of exting open cable duct i/c dismantling of old damaged cables i/c dressing of cables etc as reqd as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Repairing of damaged earth pits i/c massonary works, replacement of MS cover plate, funnel, terminal etc as required as per direction of engineer-in -charge

Supply & laying of 110 mm outer dia HDPE (high density polyethylene) pipe confirming to IS 4984: 2016 and uptodate ammendments along with its necessary accessories like coupler, end plugs etc. PE-80, PN-12.5 below the ground (i/c road crossing, cement concrete drain area, etc) at a depth of min 1.5 m through HDD method with fusion welding of HDPE pipes as per site requirement.

Supply & laying of DWC HDPE pipe of size 110 mm outer dia conforming to IS 16205, Part 24 : 2018 and uptodate ammendments along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (upto 120 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Pin point locating of under ground power cable fault using necessary manpower & machinery upto 6KV grade.

Supply of Compressor used for split type AC upto 2.0 TR as per sample for upto 2 TR.

Supply of Condenser used for split type AC upto 2.0 TR as per sample for upto 2 TR.

Supply of Evaporator used for split type AC upto 2.0 TR as per sample for upto 2 TR.

DSR item ( Rate will be considered % above / below of or equal to 100% of DSR 2022 E&M rate). NOTE:- a) The execution of Delhi Schedule of Rates (E&M) 2022 Items as when required basis. b) Payment of DSR rate will be made after deduction of GST considered in the Rate of DSR/DAR-2022. Example for quoting the rate:- (i)Agency Quoting ₹5,40,000‬.00 in the Rate stands for 10% below the Estimate amounting of ₹6,00,000.00 net amount will be ₹5,40,000‬.00 and payement will be made 10% below on DSR 2022 rate against items. (ii)Agency Quoting ₹6,60,000‬‬.00 in the Rate stands for 10% above the Estimate amounting of ₹6,00,000.00 net amount will be ₹6,00,000‬‬.00 and payement will be made 10% above on DSR 2022 rate against items. (iii) Agency Quoting ₹6,00,000‬‬.00 in the Rate stands same as Estimate amounting of ₹6,00,000‬‬.00 net amount will be ₹6,00,000‬‬.00 and payement will be made same as above on DSR 2022 rate against items.

Providing AC vehicle not less than 1400 CC capacity and not more than 5 years old (Scorpio / Bollero / Inova/ Tata Sumo) including necessary fuel, permit & necessary airport entry pass to run the vehicle inside the operational and Non-operational areas with average run of 100 KM daily for attending complaints, carry out the maintenance works related to E & M installations, attending breakdown calls etc as per site requiremen.
