EI work for the establishment of blood bank in the place of old isolation ward at Santipur SGH SITC of AC Machine and Glow Sign Board

Part-A : SITC of AC machine. SITC of 1.0 TR capacity Split Air-conditioner machine fitted with Rotary compressors suitable for Refrigerant- R32/R410A of rated power supply 230 V-1 Ph- 50 Hz along with all accessories incl. supply & fixing required Angle Iron Structure on wall/ floor & mending works as per direction of E.I.C. and also necessary scaffolding arrangement incl. lifting, shifting for outdoor & indoor units of said AC machine. (Make- Hitachi, Model- HiITACHI ZUNOH 3100f -R32-RSF312HEDO or equivalent model of O-General/ Mitsubishi or Approved by EIC). PCBs / control unit should be enclosed in a metal enclosure in the indoor unit of the AC machine.

S&F of 250V 1-phase timer DB (equivalent to 12 way SPNDB in size) with double door sheet steel enclosure, neutral bar, din rail, with lP43 protection comprises with 25A DPMCB (C-curve 10ka) and 1 no. 24 hr Digital timer switch and 1 no 22/25A 2 pole power contactor complete with internal wiring with suitable size of copper wire including 1 no. toggle switch and 2 nos. LED indicator and earthing attachment as per direction of EIC.

Installation, testing & commissioning of the above-said 1.5/ 2.0 ton capacity split AC incl. supply & fixing required Angle Iron Structure on wall & mending works as per direction of E.I.C.

Supply & Laying of- 5/8" dia, 0.6 mm thick (for suction line) & 1/4" dia, 0.6 mm thick (for liquid /discharge line) Copper Refrigeration pipe (Make- Ryoku/ Rajko/ Mandev) with 9 mm thick nitryle rubber insulation (Make- Accroflex/ Supreme), 4 core x 2.5 sq.mm. FRLS unarmoured Copper Communicale cable (Make- Polycab/ Havells/Finolex incl. fixing arrangement and wrapping insulation of aerotape complete in all respect for 1.5/2.0 TR Split AC machine and Supply & laying of PVC Drain Pipe 20/25mm dia by shaddling on wall incl. PVC "T", elbow, bend etc as per direction of E.I.C.

Part-B : SITC Glow Sign Board Supply & installation of LED Sign Board of Size 12’x8’x4" depth with front side 3mm thick A-1 quality ACP Blue colour (AD-41) board capable of preventing avoid wind pressure which is also to be attached to M.S. structure (front/back side of board of suitable size MS angle/ MS hollow square/rectangle bar by drilling hole incl. S&F special type steel nuts, bolts and washer. The matter of the LED sing board should be in English/Local alphabets made of laser cutting box type by white colour letter as site requirement making in the shape of male/female incl. all fixing facility, from 3mm thick imported white acrylic sheet including jointing/setting the same part by part and fixing on the board by using chloroform/machine screw etc. is to be fixed on ACP board (on front) incl. S&F SMD module (Best Quality make) of required quantity for illumination of 2x160Nos.(Male & Female) letters including necessary interconnection & SMPS. The matter may be as below. & Logo at top.Distribution wiring for power supply to LED fittings to be done by PVC rigid conduit, necessary clamps, cable tie etc. Back side of the of the board should be covered with 20 SWG G.I. sheet to protect rain water. The matter to be displayed will be finalised by authority and to be given later. This fabricated display structure is to be fixed on the top of prefabricated iron structure as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fabrication of structural work with M.S. angle (50 x 50 x 6 mm), MS channel (150x75x6mm), M.S. flat (50 x 6 mm) for fixing/ supporting the above Glow sign board on the roof top of the building/ fabricated iron structure incl. cutting holes, drilling, metal arc welding, painting at top of the roof as per direction of EIC.
