REWIRING INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE E M FITTING FIXTURES, CEILING FANS, EXHAUST FAN AT RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS OF NPOL KOCHI AND UARF KULMAVU

Rewiring (Labour and Mtrl) for light point/Fan Point/Exhaust point with 1.5 Sq,mm FRLS PVC insulated Cable copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 sq .mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surface /recessed steel / PVC conduit including dismantling/removing of burnt cable from the existing conduit and making good to surface as required .

Rewiring (Labour and Mtrl) for Twin control Light point with 1.5 Sq,mm FRLS PVC insulated Cable copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 sq .mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surface/recessed steel/ PVC conduit including dismantling/Removing of burnt cable as required .

Rewiring (Labour and Mtrl) for circuit /Submain wiring along earth wire with the sizes 2x2.5 Sq. mm + 1x2.5 Sq. mm earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface /recessed conduit including dismantling/Removing of burnt cable as required (For Power Plug) .

Point wiring in repair for light point/fan point/exhaust fan point /call bell with 1.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface /recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate and cover with GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. including dismantling/removing of burnt cable/including accessories and making good surface as per site required .

Point wiring in repair for 5 Amp socket outlet point for Independent board with 2x 1.5 sq mm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade IS -694 marked with multistranded copper conductors and earth continuity wire with similar 1x1.5 sq mm cable (incl connecting to earth dolly) drawn through and single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A modular switch and 5/6A modular socket ,connection etc. as required at site complete all as specified and directed .

All as per item no 6 above but wiring for circuit along with 2.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface /recessed steel conduit as required .wire 2x2.5 sq.mm + 1x2.5 sq.mm earth wire for 15/25 power plug/socket.

Supply and fixing in repair suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 15/16 A modular switch and 15/16A modular socket ,connection etc. as required at site complete all as specified and directed.(for 15/25 Power plug)

S&F in repair Electronic ceiling fan regulator, modular type stepped /socket type heavy duty suitable to work on 230 volts on the existing modular plate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair piano type 5/6 amps switch on the existing Switch box including connection as required on site.
