Taking down existing roof treatment of any description including roof plaster and removing the debris to a distance exc. 500m and depositing out side MD land all as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) on Concrete Roof surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

(a) M& L for mechanical cleaning of surface to make it free from any bituminous residue /dirt, oil and Greece etc all as specified and directed by GE/Engr-in-Charge. (b) M&L for cracks treatment by cutting open cracks and cleaning it from dirt/loose materials etc and filling with polyurethane based sealant with and including application of PU based primer all as directed by GE/Engr-in-Charge . (c) M&L for applying water based polyurethane modified dispersion (single component, cold applied, non toxic, VOC complaint) in 03 coats including 01 coat of primer of same materials after dilution of water at 50% or specific primer matching same materials as per manufacturer specification and as directed by GE/Engr-in-Charge. Properties of Polyurethane based chemical shall confirm to following Technical Parameters:- (i) Highly Elastic. (ii) UV Resistance. (iii) Adhesion to concrete. (iv) Tensile strength – not less than 2.0 N /Sq.mm for free film. (v) Elongation – not less than 300%. (vi) Solid content by weight- not less than 60% (vii) Air/water permeability BSEN 12390 at 5 bar -72 hours should be NIL and minimum dry film thickness of water proofing membrane must be 1.0 mm. (viii) Accelerated weathering (ASTM453) : Pass 1000 hours. (ix) Reaction to fire – non inflammable.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick on concrete surfaces or fair face of brick work or PCC block masonry in CM 1:4finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) on ceiling of concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion over a coat of exterior primer complete all as specified.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tank of capacity Exc 250 & n exc 500 Ltr setting aside or lowering up to 15 metre height from grond level. for Cleaning repairing, and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting reconnecting and re-fixing in same position. etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tank of capacity Exc 500 & n exc 1000 Ltr setting aside or lowering up to 15 metre height from grond level. for Cleaning repairing, and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting reconnecting and re-fixing in same position. etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for anti termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45º at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Anti-termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC of any description in any position

M&L PCC type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directing

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, double layered of capacity 500 ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete including necessary GI tank nipples, taking down existing unserviceable tank all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
