Providing Man Power Outsource of Drivers -3, Loaders-3, Sweepers-2 and Cleaners-3 to SWM in Kalagi Town

Bidder should enclose Satisfactory supplied and Performance Experience Certificate work done and performance certificate) of having supplied atleast of in any one financial year or continour 12 months of value not less than Rs28.45 Lakhs to Government of Karnataka /Government of India/ PSUs/ Government Local Bodies, Government Boards in any one year in the last three years (2021-22, 2022-23&2023-24) and the 01 machines should have worked in good condition satisfactorily for at least 02 Years 2022-23&2023-24. The same should be mentioned in the performance certificate. The same will be physically verified by the tenderer to ensure performance of the equipment. If found unsatisfied by the purchaser, then it will be considered technically not qualified.

Provide copy of minimum 3 works of similar nature(i.e. highest price) work done in any ULB in the past three years and should completed 80% of the cost of work. (Executed in any one year for a continuous period of 12 months)

Bidder should have achieved a minimum of Rs 28.45 Lakhs (Eastimate cost) turnover in any One of the last five Financial years. From 2019-20 to 2023-24The Charted Accountant certified turnover certificate with UDIN should be uploaded

Income Tax Returns for the Financial Year 2019-20 , 2020-21 & 2023-24 should be uploaded. Balance sheet/profit & loss statement/Income tax returns statements for the same, certified by the Auditor

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 8.54 lakhs (Credit lines/ letters of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. 30 percent of contrct amount, in the prescribed formate given. Conditional Line of credit will not be accepted
