PREPARATION OF SUB GRADE IN SMB, PROVIDING, LAYING OF GSB IN 150 MM, WMM 75 MM, WMM 100 MM DBM 50 MM, BC 30 MM COMPLETE IN ALL RESPECT ALL AS SPECIFIED BETWEEN KM 15.000 TO 30.500 ON ROAD CHANGLANG-RANGLUM TO CONNECT THE COBS UNDER 103 RCC SECTOR UND

Preparation of sub-grade in SMB by excavating upto 20 cm avg depth, dressing excavated earth to required camber or super elevation and consolidating with power roller incl watering & disposal of surplus earth within a lead of 30 mtr complete in all respect as specified in particular specifications and as directed and approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

GSB 15 cm thick (compacted) with stone aggregate conforming to grading No 1 as per Tables : 400-1 of MORT&H specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) including supply of material, watering and including premixing the material with water to OMC in mechanical mix (pug mill) laying in uniform layers in sub base on a well prepared subgrade and compacting with power vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete in all respect as specified in particular specifications and as directed and approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing sand blanketing to a depth of 100mm spraying water, compacting with power roller all complete as specified and directed by Engineer -In –Charge.

Providing, Laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate grading as per table No 400-13 and satisfying the physical requirement as per Table No.400-12 of MORT&H Specifications for Wet Mix Macadam of 100 mm Compacted thickness including premixing the material with water to OMC in mechanical mix (pug mill) laying in uniform layers in sub base/base course on a well prepared base and compacting with power vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including grading conforming to Clause 406 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) as specified in Particular Specifications and notes of Sch ‘A’ and as directed and approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, Laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate grading as per table No 400-13 and satisfying the physical requirement as per Table No.400-12 of MORT&H Specifications for Wet Mix Macadam of 75 mm Compacted thickness (two layers) including premixing the material with water to OMC in mechanical mix (pug mill) laying in uniform layers in sub base/base course on a well prepared base and compacting with power vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including grading conforming to Clause 406 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) as specified in Particular Specifications and notes of Sch ‘A’ and as directed and approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Applying of Prime Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base (over WMM surface) including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ 7.5 Kg per 10 sqm by mechanical means conforming to clause 502 of MORT & H specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) as specified in Particular Specifications and notes of Sch ‘A’ and as directed and approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing laying & compaction of 50 mm thick DBM layer, precoated stone aggregate physical requirement/grading/mix composition requirement as per Table -500-8/9/10 respectively of MORT&H specifications for road and bridge works with minimum 4.50% asphalt as per MORT&H (5th Revision) data book and rolled to the required specifications and notes of Sch ‘A’ and as directed and approved by Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and Applying of Tack Coat with bitumen .emulsion using bitumen pressure distributor @ 2.5 kg/10 sqm on prepared bituminous/granular surface (over DBM surface) cleaned with mechanical broom, all complete as clause 503 of MORT&H (5th Revision) specifications as specified in Particular Specifications and notes of Sch ‘A’ and as directed and approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying & compaction of Bituminous Concrete 30 mm compacted thickness on bituminous carpet layer conforming to Table: 500-17 and mix satisfying the physical requirement of table: 500-16 of MORT&H (5th Revision) specifications mixed with minimum 5.4% binder asphalt by weight of total mix and 2% cement by weight of mix (for filler) all as specified as per MORT&H data book and notes of Sch ‘A’ and as directed and approved by Engineer-in-Charge.
