SITC of Junction Box made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet double door having one number 250 amp capacity, Thermal Magnetic type four pole MCCB (Ics =100% Icu of breaking capacity 35kA) including E/F protection, spreader links, 300 amp (nominal) current carrying capacity, four numbers aluminium busbars of 300mm length, holes, Nut Bolts supporting insulators etc, provision for three numbers of cable entry, gaskets, MS Stand made of angle iron of size 35mm x 35mm x 5mm of height 750 mm inculding grouting etc complete in all respect as required.

Providing and Creating chemical type earthing by using the CPRI tested earth materials ISOGEL earth enhance compound of 20 Kg, ISOROD advanced chemical earth rod made with copper tube of 2.5" dia, 8 fts long, 1.6 mm thick installed vertically complete with flanges, bends, top cover, heavy duty, plastic inspection chamber including excavation and refilling etc as required.

Supply of 3.5 x 70 sqmm size 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor power cable confirming to IS 7098 (part-1) 1988 amended upto date complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 415V 3 Phase 50Hz totally enclosed type with self standing floor mounting dust and vermin proof fully compartmentalised indoor type cubical LT distribution panel (PTTA Type) fabricated from 2 mm, thick CRCA sheet, having all switch gear seperate front doors hinged type with properly fitted gasket. Panel shall have seperate compartment for busbar and cable alley. Suitable MS chanell shall be provided at the bottom, painting and complete with inter connection from busbar to MCCB with suitable size strips/bars, Busbar/strips will be insulated with coloured heat shrinkable sleeves and supported by FRP insulator etc. and having following Switchgear, instrument etc. with earthing the body.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Supply of 15 Watt cool white LED light protection level of IP-20 and IK 04 rated incluing batten and other accessories suitable for single phase 230 volt, 50 Hz, AC supply complete as required. (The fitting should meet the criteria for indoor light as per Annexure-A)

Supply of 50 Watt LED flood light luminaire of protection level IP-65, IK 07 rated (for external building lighting) suitable for single phase 230 volt, 50 Hz, AC supply complete as required. (The fitting should meet the criteria for outdoor light as per Annexure-A)

Installation, testing and commissioning of 50 Watt LED flood light complete in all respect as required.

SITC of 12V 150Ah lead acid battery in the DG set of 75KVA including copper cable of 50 sqmm, thimbles, clamps, nut bolts etc complete in all respect as required..

Packing and loading of DG set of 75 KVA capacity Kirloskar make model M/C no. 22 S3 S2 05 F 9755 manufacturing date 2005 incluidng AMF panel , fuel tank, exhaust pipe etc from Nangloi, Delhi (The DG set is kept under dismantle condition in Nangloi), transportation, transit insurance, and unloading at Kota Airport complete in all respect as required.

Installation, Testing and commissioning of existing DG set Kirloskar make model no. 22 S3 S2 05 F 9755 manufacturing year 2005 on the existing foundation including AMF panel, Fuel tank, Pipe line, Exhaust pipe etc complete in all respect as required.

Dimantling of DG set of 62.5 KVA capacity (make Crompton Greeve Engine Ashok Leyland) installed at Kota Airport including dismantling of accessories like AMF panel etc and depositing to AAI Store complete in all respect as required.

Testing, Servicing and overhauling of DG set of 75 KVA capacity kirloskar make model no. 22 S3 S2 05 F 9755 manufacturing year 2005 from OEM or Authorized delar of OEM complete in all respect as required.(The DG set is not in operation since 2014, the prospective bidders can examine the actual condition of DG set in Nangloi Delhi before quoting the rates)
