Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut Kota stone slab 18-20mm thick as in floor/ treads of steps (single piece) laid over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4, set & jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mirror polishing on marble/ granite/Kota stone/ stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete all as specified and directed

S & F 180 mm width rectangular PVC SWR ready made eaves gutter of pressure rating 6 Kg/cm2 of approved make including necessary fitting like bend WC/MS Clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level. Earth plate surrounded by 15mm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and comman salt, earth lead GI wire of 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles. The other end of GI earth wire is connected to main switch board and protected by light grade GI pipe of 15 mm bore. Provision of 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horrizontally to the earth pit. Cement concrete chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate.The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit. 50 mm thick pre cast cover of cement conrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and MS angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm frame including two coats of painting over a red oxide to exposed steel surfaces. Excavation in soft/ loose soil, returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 mm as directed and shown in Electrical Plate No- 3 of SSR Part-1 (2009).

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected with and including GI strip 32mm x 6mm with & including GI pipe 50mm bore medium grade as protection pipe (upto the body of equipment max 7.50 meter) by means of GI and thimbles, earth plate surrounded packed layers of coal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh complete all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009), testing on completion including PCC chamber (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC M-25 cover and angle iron frame complete all as specified. Note :- (i) The cost of GI strip/ wire from top of earth plate upto 5.00 meter above GL with GI protection pipe shall be deemed to be included in unit rate. (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 0.50 meters away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings, junction elbow etc. shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) In case the testing result of earthing work not found satisfactory, the contractor shall have to carry out earthwork at new location and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (iv) The earthing work shall be carried out in presence of MES representative detained by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F XLPE insulated, armoured, 1100 volts grade, heavy duty cable of size 50 Sqmm nominal cross section, 3.5 core, aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of galvanized steel wire or tape and over-all PVC sheathed in service connections, laid in trenches, duct, through pipe, in floor, on pole including jointing with double compression copper stain less steel gland at DBs and testing, complete all as specified.
