Inspection, maintenance and servicing including Alternator, AMF panels of connected DG sets for routine check up ('B' check) Once in a six month or 250 hrs whichever is earlier) of the engine for the smooth functioning and carrying out the complete checks as per the manufacturers instructions including items covered 'A' Check all as specified for following DG Set -:Note:-Engine oil & Cololent will be measured and paid seperately 'B' CHECK ONCE IN A FOUR MONTH OR 250 HRS WHICHEVER IS EARLIER (i) Replace the lubricating oil. (ii) Replace fuel low lubricating oil filter element. (iii) Replace lubricating oil by pass filter element. (iv) Replace the fuel filter element. (v) Check engine coolent. (vi) Replace hydraulic governer oil. (vii) Check the crank case breather. (viii) Check turbo charger (for turbo fitted engine) Note:- . 1. Engine oil/Radiator coolant oil/spares will be paid seperately. Cost of labour for fixing the spares supplied and measured here-in-after included in the unit rate of the items. .

Comprehensive maintenance of boom barrier and tire killer including spares, material and labour for smooth functioning all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge of following description:- ( Each visit will be measured as one unit) (a) Boom barrier for 4.5 wide road with contineous torque oupout motor and microprocessor based controller with push button. Make and model of gate boom barrier: Godrej-H (b)Tyre Shredder, electrically operated trench type for 4.5 m wide with optional safety devices such as smart card, Magnetic card reader, Optical beam sensor etc Make and Model of Tyre shredder : Godrej-MIB. Note: (i) Quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of cleaning the tyre shredder trench by removing the sediments manually. (ii).Spares will be measured separately under appropriate item
