Providing coarse clean local sand in filling in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layer not exceeding 150 mm thick with all leads and lifts including cost of all materials labours royality and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. Providing and laying in position cement concret of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -All work upto plinth level:-(1:2:4(1cement :2coarse sand (zone-III):4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)(Item No-B.C.D 5.3.1.2)

Providing Random Rubble masonary in cement mortar (1:4)in foundation and plinth with hammer dressed stone of less than 0.03M3c in volume and clean coarse sand of F.M 2 to 2.5 including cost of screening ,raking out joints to 20mm depth ,curing ,taxes and royality all complete as per drawing and technical specifications, (Item No- B.C.D 5.2.28)

Providing Random Rubble masonary in cement mortar (1:4)in superstructure and plinth with hammer dressed stone of less than 0.03M3c in volume and clean coarse sand of F.M 2 to 2.5 including cost of screening ,raking out joints to 20mm depth ,curing ,taxes and royality all complete as per drawing and technical specifications, (Item No-B.C.D 5.2.31)

Providing 25mm thick water proof cement plaster (1:3)with clean coarse sand of F.M 1.5 INCLUDING cost of carriage screening curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royality all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I .(Item No-B.C.D 5.7.12)

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications. (Item No- PART-A 6.9)
