Providing and fixing in position openable type mosquito proof Door/ Window/Ventilator using 25.12 x 13.39 mm or higher size powder coated aluminium section for shutter, two intermediate 20.30 x 10.27 mm or higher size horizontal aluminium member for shutter and stainless steel net 316 grade, EPDM beading, Aluminium hinges , PVC latches, screws, nails, Applying matching colour silicon sealant for joints of wall and aluminium frame etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour, fixtures etc. complete

Dismantling and removing tiles set in cement mortar infloor including cleaning and stacking, serviceable materials and removing the debris within within CSL premises etc. complete.

Dismantling and removing doors,windows,ventilator including removal of shutters, hinges, holdfasts and all other fittings and stacking materials within CSL premises etc complete

Dismantling carefully existing washbasin, sink, EWC, flushing cisterns and urinal pans of all sizes including all labour for dismantling, all as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Providing and laying double charge glossy vitrified floor tiles not less than 600 x 600mm size of approved make, quality and colour after clearing the floor properly by pasting with chemical adhesive Cerabond and equivalent and pointing the joints of tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout, including filling/grouting, finishing etc complete as per direction of Engineer - in-charge (Basic rate of light shade tile = ₹565/m2 (excluding GST)

Providing and laying double charge glossy vitrified floor tiles not less than 600 x 600mm size of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mmthick bed of cement mortar 1:3 jointing with grey cement slurry @ 2.2kg/m2 including grouting the joints of tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout, including filling/grouting, finishing etc complete as per direction of Engineer - in -charge, including the cost of cement (Basic rate of light shade tile = ₹565/m2 excluding GST)

Providing and laying ceramic anti-skid floor tiles not less than 300 x 300mm size of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3, jointing with grey cement slurry @ 2.2kg/m2 including grouting the joints of tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout, including filling/grouting, finishing etc complete as per direction of Engineer - in -charge, including cost of cement (Basic rate of tile = ₹435/m2 excluding GST)

Providing and fixing Ceramic wall tiles not less than 450 x 300mm of 1st quality, of approved make, in all colours and shades as approved by the Engineer – in –charge in dados over 12mm thick plastering with cement mortar 1:3 and pointing the joints of tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout, including filling/grouting, finishing etc complete as per direction of Engineer - in -charge, including cost of cement (Basic rate of tile = ₹468/m2 excluding GST)

Supplying and laying approved type Step Tiles (Restile/khajaria orequivalent )of size 900x300mmor nearest available size as approved by Engineer in Charge, set in CM 1:3 20mm thick and adding necessary cement grout for the proper binding ofthe tiles to lineand level,pointing thejoints with coloured cement to match with the tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour other incidentals etc. complete, including cost of cement ( basic rate of tile is Rs. 1400/m2)
