Supply and Delivery of 2 TR capacity Split AC Machine Both Condensing and cooling coils should be made of copper tubes. (Mitshubishi Heavy: model- SRK24CS-S6/A, 2 Ton, 2 Star) /O-General, Model: ASGA22FUTC, 2 Ton, 2 Star).

Installation, testing and commissioning of split type air conditioning machine upto 2.5TR with supply & fixing of necessary iron bracket, nut and bolts as per direction of EIC

Supply & Fixing of 5/8" and 1/4" copper refrigerant pipes with nitrail rubber thermal insulation, 2 run 2.5 Sqmm 3 core unarmored copper cable and best quality PVC drain pipe incl fixing arrangement complete with high quality saddle in all respect upto 25TR split type AC machine.

Supply and Laying of extra drain water pipe as per requirement .

Febrication of iron Bracket/ platform which consist of three nos. 75*40*5 mm 'C' channel aprox length 1.2mtr. as main support, three no. angle support from wall to structure with 50*50*6 mm iron angle, 25*25*5mm iron angle for safty guarding fram, 25*6mm iron flat for making 400mm wide platform for future maintenance work, it should have the facility to install one outdoor unit of split AC machine at middle of the bracket and sufficent space should be maintained both side of the outdoor unit for maintenance work also have suitable angle support between wall & bracket and painting the same as per direction of EIC.

REFRIGERANT PIPING:- Installation & commissioning of hard/ soft copper refrigerant piping, complete with fittings Elbows, Bends, supporting arrangement on walls for ductable split A.C. --- Gas Line & Liquid Line copper pipe minimum Thickness 2 mm. (1-1/8") & .55 mm. (5/8") .[ Make Royku / Totaline/ Mandeep] for 11 TR. Ductable A.C. with 13 mm. thick nitrile tube insulation alluminium foil wraping.[ Make Aroflex / Acoflex]

Supply & fixing Dropp Ceilling arrangement with 3mm thick Acp sheet make Aludecor/Timex Bond/Pratap bond or similar(outdoor type) for covering the Duct for Air Conditioning syatem. The Grid should be made by Aluminium Hallow pipe as per direction of EIC.

Supply , fabrication & creation of site fabricated rectangular duct of 24 SWG galvanized steel sheet as per IS: 277, class viii with 120 GSM Zinc coating both side and fabrication standard shall as per IS:655 with necessary fittings & accessories as per the specification

DUCT INSULATION: Supply & laying of Duct Thermal insulation with 13 mm. thick aluminium foil faced Nitrile rubber to be using for supply & return air duct passing through air- conditioned space.

For Acoustic Supply & installation of 12mm thick resin bonded fibre glass rigid board of density 48kg/m3 covered with tissue paper, 9mm nitrile rubber sheet 30 G perforated aluminum sheet with necessary fittings & accessories.

DUCT INSULATION: Supply & fixing of extruded aluminium powder coated supply air grills with VCD and any essay fittings & accessories as per the specification

Supply & fixing of extruded aluminium powder coated return air grills with VCD and any essay fittings & accessories as per the specification

Supply & fixing of flexible connection with G.I. Flange between duct & DSU with Necessary fixing accessories as required.

ELECTRICAL CABLING:- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of control cabling (6 Core x 1.5 SQmm.) from indoor to outdoor unit with necessary cable conduit & fittings. The cabling shall be bundled properly and shall be properly aligned with the refrigerant piping.(Make Heavels/ Finolex)

Making plenum chamber with trap door for cover & Soundless performing of AHU Iron angel of (50mmx50mmx5mm) 35 Mtrs., 40 Sq. mtrs. 4 mm thick ACP sheet, insulating by 64 mm thickness thermo cool sheet & adhesive solution also fixing the same with necessary materials.

FRAME WORK:- Supply fabrication & fixing of 3 nos. MS U Channel of 6mm. Thick of size (75mmx40mmx40mm) of 1M. Length for making platform for installation of outdoor unit of 11 Tr. Ductable Split & painting the same.
