Note :- The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey . M&L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) mixed withliquid water proofing compound (as per manufacture direction and paid separately) over and incl one coat of cement slurry admixed with acrylic bonding compound SBR Latex liquid polymer as to be used for bonding of new concrete/ mortar to old surface as per manufacturer direction and finishing the surface even and fair (without using extra cement) as in roof padding to receive roof treatment complete all as specified and directed.”complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey . M&L of water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer’s instructions with following course of description below :- (a) Applying a priming coat of bituminious primer @ 0.30 Kg /Sqm, till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 .6Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) centre core, laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer (c) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrance Note : 1. The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through authorised applicator of the manufacturer only and 10 year company back warranty to be submitted by contractor 2. The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof slab for double storeyed. The contractor shall make arrangement of scaffolding, safety and security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.)

Demolition of lime concrete in floors and paving exe 15 cm thick above ground floor (sunken floor) including picking, sweeping cleaning with wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt to get surface free of laitance , scales, oil or any other loose material and removing unserviceable material,outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 over the roof surface mixed with polymer modified repair mortar mixed with SBR Latex liquid polymer (mixed as per manufacture direction and paid separately.

M&L 25 mm thick ,PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in bottom of sunken admixed with mixed with SBR Latex liquid polymer(as per manufacture instructions and paid separately) and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth. complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and application two coat of acrylic polymer modified cementitious flexible waterproof coating on horizontal and vertical surface of sunken floor after base preparation of cleaning, brushing and removal of flaky materials. The coatings shall be applied at intervals and as per the manufacturer’s specifications and approved by Engineer in Charge . Note : Ponding test after water proofing coating willl be done for 48 Hrs .

Excavation in trenches for taking out/laying of cable and pipe line not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide in soft/loose soil. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in each layer in any type of soil.complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fine dry sand cushioning for underground cable by providing layers of sand 8 cm before laying and 15 cm deep after laying the cable including streching the cable (measurement to be taken after punning down consolidated thickness). complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable protection bricks common burnt clay sub class 'B' designation 75 for protection of UG cable laid in trenches all as specified and directed at site.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road cutting and making good with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) of minium size 150mm X 100mm in respect of width and thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying & jointing GI water tubing, 50 mm bore, light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches / pole post /under culvert/ under road etc. for cable protection complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down submain/ service / UG cable on wall/ trenches/ roof/ floor etccomplete all as specified and directed.
