Removal of old distemper and water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping sand papering and prepairing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections/hollow sections etc., trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete :- as per HP.PWD., Specifications includng carriage of materials, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm over all with 0.45mm thick prepainted steel sheets of TATA DURASHINE TATA Durashine or its substantilay equivalent make in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating+ back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6 mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate including of octory, royalty, malkana,toll tax, sal tax or other taxes imposed by goverment.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 2mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely) complete as per HP.PWD., specifications of 1990 volume-I includng carriage of materials, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
