E-TENDER FOR ENGAGING MANPWOER AGENCY UNDER NATIONAL RURAL LIVELIHOOD MISSION(NRLM ZP CHIKKABALLAPURA)

The bidder agency i.e., company /firm/ proprietorship concern should have minimum 3 years of experience in supplying manpower in the relevant professional fields. The experience in providing manpower in the areas such as Security Agencies, Manual Labour or Housekeeping Services or Cooking/Cleaning/Sweeping works shall not be considered as experience in this regard.

The bidder agency must have provided at least 50 personnel on average in the last three financial years (2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 or later).

The bidders should have provided similar services of providing Manpower to Government Department s or Govt. Authorities or Local Bodies or Govt. PSUs or to private companies continuously for at least two years during last three financial years. Performance certificate from these organizations shall be furnished.

Work done certificates for 3 years of experience in supplying manpower in the relevant fields indicating year wise No. of Personnel's Designation of the Personnel's provided to be issued by the competent authority for providing similar services for the last 3 financial years (FY 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). Work Orders will not be considered as providing similar services . A separate statement/report shall be provided for each similar service for each year along with the work done certificate issued by the competent authority

The bidder agency should be a registered Private limited Company or a Registered Partnership firm or a Proprietorship concern duly registered with competent authority and also departments like PF, ESI, IT, Service Tax/GST and having valid Contract License obtained from Labour Department.

The bidder agency shall be a profit making company/firm/ proprietorship concern and should have registered a turnover of Rs.1.00 crores on an average in the last 3 financial years. The bidder agencies shall furnish the audited balance sheet and profit & loss account statement for the last 3 financial years (2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26).

The bidders should not be a defaulter or a black listed company /firm/ Proprietorship concern in respect of any tender or contract in any of the Government departments /authorities/PSUs/Local Bodies.

Company incorporation certificate and Memorandum of Articles and Association in respect of registered private limited company , Partnership deed Form "A" & Form "C" obtained from concerned Registrars of Firms in respect of registered partnership firms and Proprietorship concerns registration certificate registered obtained from competent licensing Authorities.

Turnover Certificate issued by the Chartered Accountants for the last 3 Financial Years - Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account Statement issued by the Chartered Accountant from the last 3 financial years(FY 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26)

Copy of Registration with Employees Provident Fund Organization

Copy of Registration with Employees State Insurance Corporation

Copy of Registration with Labour Department and validity of the Registration

Copy of PAN CARD of Bidder (in the name of Registered Private Limited Company/Registered Partnership Firms).

Self-Declaration Certificate for not having Black listed or Defaulter.

IT Returns for the last 3 financial years (2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26).

Copy of Registration with Goods and Service Taxes from Commercial tax Department.
