Towards Hire charges element, providing vehicle on hire basis (Depreciation new intrest repairs and replacement if any spare parts) and other incidental charges during hire period from 01.04.2026 to 31.03.2027 and Insurance charges, Pollution certificate including fuel charges and lubricants with a coverage of 2500 kms per month and beyond Rs: 10/- per Kms complete as directed by the departmental officer.Hiring of private vehicle for the purpose of inspection of the works in (R&B) Sub - Division, Piler for the period 2025-26 (from 01.04.2026 to 31.03.2027)
