VRF Outdoor units

Supply ,transportation , lifting and leading of air cooled variable refrigerant flow modular type outdoor units,each comprising of multiple scroll compressors all inverter driven, full charge of R410A refrigerant gas and all accessories required for the operation. The outdoor units shall be suitable for operation on 415 ± 10% volts, 50Hz + 3%, 3 phase AC power supply and shall be of following capacities:

26 HP (20.8 TR) or nearest higher capacity

Installation, Testing and commissioning of the VRF outdoor units including position to the platform and providing ribbed rubber pad for vibration isolation, fixing, full charge of refrigerant gas, leak testing/ pressure testing, giving all power/control/refrigerant connections etc and all required works as per standards.etc complete as required at site. (Note- KTDC shall provide a required capacity three phase 4 wire outlet with copper earth within 5m radius of the machine with recommended capacity isolator. Cabing and earthing from the outlet and its termination in machine shall be under the scope of bidder )

VRF Indoor units

Supply ,transportation , lifting and leading of variable refrigerant flow modular type indoor units with wireless remote compatible to above mentioned outdoor and comprising of all accessories as per the specifications of OEM. The indoor units shall be suitable for operation on 220 ± 10% volts, 50Hz + 3%, 1 phase AC power supply. The indoor unit shall be complete with pre filter & remote etc as per requirement The indoor units shall be of following type & capacities:

Installation, Testing and commissioning of the following capacity VRF indoor units including fixing above the false ceiling with suitable supports, full charge of refrigerant gas, leak testing/ pressure testing, giving all power/control/refrigerant connections etc and all required works as per standards.etc complete as required at site. (Note- KTDC shall provide a required capacity single phase outlet with copper earth within 2m radius of the machine . Necesssary wiring and earthing from the outlet and its termination in machine shall be under the scope of bidder )

REFRIGERANT PIPING

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of hard drawn high pressure copper refrigerant piping duly insulated with 19mm/13mm thick closed cell elastomeric insulation in tubing form and joints sealed with black cotton tape and supporting at suitable intervals and required wall opening and restoring the same as good. Entire refrigerant piping work shall be carried out in accordance with the prevailing standards. Piping shall be of following sizes:

Supply and Laying following size PVC pipe in position for condensate drain water from indoor unit drain to the floor trap piping with 9mm thick nitrile rubber insulation and with U trap and all other necessary fittings like elbows, tees and reducers, clamping in proper interval etc.complete with required wall openings and making as good as same

CENTRALIZED REMOTE CONTROLLER (TOUCH SCREEN TYPE)

Central remote Controller (Touch Screen Type) : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of the centralized remote Controller. It must act as an advanced air conditioning management system to facilitate complete control of VRF air conditioning equipment, It should be user friendly through its touch screen, icon display and color LCD display. Integratable upto 64 remote controller groups (including AHUs & TFAs) , minimum of 6 outdoor units and BMS compatible with Wi-Fi communication protocol for remote monitoring. In addition to basic controls such as settings for on/stop,the operation mode & temperature,the air quantity and auto louver can be set.If a problem occurs, an alarm code immediately shows the details of the problem.

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required

Supply and installation of aluminium foil faced 9mm thick closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber thermal insulation of exhibiting class"O" properties with density 45-55kg/m3 with adhesive as per the recommendation of the manufacturer, longitudinal & transverse joints sealed with adhesive in neat & clean manner

Miscellaneouus

Supply and Installation of 800 CFM inline fresh air fan in GI housing and of suitable static pressure including all acessories such as cowls etc complete as required at site

Charges for dismantling the existing Supply and return air grills from the position and refixing the same after cleaning and painting , etc complete as required at site

Supply and fixing best quality canvas connection for connecting indoor unit to supply air ducts including all accessories required for fixing etc complete as required at site

Charges for dismantling existing 28 Nos of ductable split AC units of capacities 1.5 TR and 2 TR (Both indoor and outdoor) and its ducting, refrigerant and control connections and all related accessories etc complete from the position and stacking at a suitable position as per direction of officer in charge and hand over to the units etc complete. The rate shall include the required gypsum false ceiling cutting , scaffolding, and other works necessitated at site. There have trapdoors under every AC unit for the access of machine

Supply and laying suitable size and type of wiring as recommended by the OEM in PVC conduit for communication between indoor units, outdoor units and centralized centralized controller etc as required at site

Electrical Works

Supply & laying UG A2XFY,PVC insulated and PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following sizes through trench/wall/ ceiling.

Supply and erection of Cable trays and cable supports fabricated out of MS angles of minimum size 25x25x6mm (ISA) and 25x6mm MS flats with and 20cm spacing between successive cross members and supported using 25cm long 32x6mm MS flat at every 1m spacing. The cable trays and supports shall be painted with two coats of Zinc Chromate primer and two coats of enamel paint.

Supply and providing the following MCCB/ RCCB / MCB / MCB Isolators/COS etc. to the existing DBs / MCS / Junction Boxes etc. including giving proper termination using suitable Bananna copper lugs, sleeves, insulation etc. complete.
