HILL SIDE CUTTING Earth work in hill road (hill side cutting):- Excavation in hilly area for construction of road in all types of soil, rocks & E&B etc. As met at site , true to lines as per plan,L section , cross slope, super elevation as required , also including uprooting & cutting of bushes ,dressing of road surface to the required level and slopes, with all lift & leads required for safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping places indicated in drawings by mechanical means/ manual means and including construction of required coolie walling of minimum height of 0.60 mt. with the stones available from the required hill side cutting for retaining the muck, without otherwise damaging the forest , forest land , utilities, private and public properties ,including slip clearance and its safe disposal (same as per mentioned above for safe disposal of surplus excavated material), till the completion of the work as per part II special conditions of contract, MORD specifications Clause 1601,1602 & 1603,and as per direction of Engineer in charge and as per Special Condition for Construction of Hill Roads.

Surface waterproofing on top of subgrade : Surface Waterproofing on top of the sub Grade soil base/stabilized base / Earthen Shoulder with Nano technology based Organo silane nanotechnology & nano acrylic co-polymer with water (<1000 ppm TDS) in the ratio of 1:1:200 @ 3 ltrs/sqm as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Stabilized Sub-base: Providing, laying, spreading and Compacting chemically Stabilized soil mix for Sub Base Course on prepared Subgrade, including Pulverising, adding Designed quantity of IRC Accredited Additives Cement / Lime to the spreaded soil, proper mixing of soil & granular material with mixing in place method with Rotavator, Grading with Motor Grader and Compacting with Road Roller at OMC to achieve the Designed Unconfined Compressive Strength and to form a layer of base strictly as per technical specification clause 404 and Method Statement of Technology Provider (Procedure and Method Statement duly Approved by IRC). Including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work, (Soil Stabilisation Design will be provided by the contractor from NABL Accredited Laboratory), followed by Field Tests for CBR, Field Dry Density, UCS, Durability as per defined Sampling Frequencv specified in MORD. Post Laying Tests and Soil Properties shall fullfil the Design Requirement

Prime Coat with Nanotechnology: Preparing and applying of water soluble organo silane nanotechnology material (for bitumen emulsion application, IRC approved) with cationic bitumen emulsion CSS1 and water (<1000 ppm TDS) in the ratio of 1 kg silane : 100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion : 200 liter water @ 1 liter per sqm on compacted stone base as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Tack Coat with Nanotechnology: Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) mixed with organo silane nano technology and water in the ratio of 1.4:100:200 (Organo silane nano-technology : Emulsion RS1 : Water) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.375 kg per sqm on the prepared granular/bituminous surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix mixed with 0.1% organosilane nanotechnology by weight of binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Providing and Fixing Title information board of P.M.G.S.Y project providing & fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides.
