Renovation of MS structure along with PVC water tank and allied work at Bhooli Bhatyaari Masjid in Matia Mahal Constituency as follows (Make of Pipe : Jindal/Surya prakash/ISI. Make of PVC Water Tank : Sintex/Frontier/Vectus/ Polywell/SPL/ISI mark. Make of Pipe fittings : Unik/RR/HB/CD/Sant/Leader/ISI/DJB Approved make) Dismantling of damaged old ms structure and water tank by disconnection of suction and delivery pipe and fittings. Lowering of old damaged water tank from the structure with the help of manual labour, roop, chain block etc or as per site requirement. Cutting of old structure with the help of gas cutter / electric cutter i/c digging the CC for removing the old girders.

Fabrication of MS structure with 4 nos I beam MB125 of 4 mtr long vertically for supporting the platform in clear space 2 mtr MS beam to beam or as per availability of site space. Fabrication of plateform frame by 4 nos 2 mtr long MS I beam welded on the top of vertical beam therefter welding the 4 nos MS Tee iron of size 50X50x6mm, 2mtr long welded in between the frame and 8 nos MS angle iron of size 50x50x6mm 4 mtr long welded in cross of giving strength to vertical I beam and 4 nos MS Plates of size 300 x 300 x 8mm welded in the bottom of I beam for grouting. Providing and welding of MS Sheet of size 2000x2000x2mm welded at the top of plateform for proper supporting the water storing tank i/c painting the complete structure with red oxide primer and black enamel paint.

Fixing of MS Structure about 600 mm deep after cutting of RCC, digging of earth and fixing of MS Structure with the help of heavy labour i/c minor civil work required to fix the same or as per side requirement.

Installation of GI pipe fittings, laying of GI pipe line, fixing of water storage tank with GI pipe and fitting suction line, delivery line, overflow pipe line fitting as per site requirement and commissioning testing of suction and delivery line with existing system and with water storage tank using all tools and tackels & safety measures.
