Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 Mtr wide and n,exc 1.5 Mtr in depth loose/soft soil and getting out for underground cable/erection of poles, stays etc complete all as specified and directted by Engeer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No 1 here in before but exceeding 1.5 mtr deep not exc 3.0 mtr deep.

M&L sand cushioning for cables with river washed sand and punning to provide required cover as per SSR Part-I complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying common burnt clay sub classs 'B' old size bricks for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per item Ser No 4 here in before but except bricks. Note : Old bricks retrieved from item No 14 here in after shall be reused.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate for mass filling in pole pit and foundation etc including provision of necessary form work to achieve fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in pole foundation, coping stay etc including provision of necessary from work for fair finishe surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25CM thick each layers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material n,exc 50 Mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable PCC pole any type after disconnecting all eletrical connection incl clearance of site complete all as direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and erection of PCC poles 9.0 mtr long in true vertical position 102x172 mm at top 102x279 mm at bottom class-10 incl providing black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each alternate strip upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with black strip complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note (i) Earth work, PCC shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Description as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge will be printed on each pole which deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L drilling hole of any size manually as per site requirement for laying pipes under the road crossing for electrical cables complete all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. Note: Pipe will be measured and paid for seperately here in after.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable from trenches, poles, pipes, floor etc and locate the fault, rectify the defects and relaying the XLPE cables PVC insulated and overall sheathed aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts including testing any size complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge (Excavation/earth work & sand cushioning, brick and joint shall be measured & paid for seprately).

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable any size any type including brick protection and sand from trenches, pole,pipe , floor, wall etc. complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XPLE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 16 sqmm 4.0 core laid in trenches/ on pole/road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe, clamping on wall etc, Note : (i) Earth work, sand , bricks, returning filling aluminium thimbles/lugs will be paid seperately. (ii) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways are incl in the quoted rates (iii) All equiments, machinery or tool if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes demeed to be included in quoted rates.

M & L in replacement of Kiosk box made out of fibre material complete with TPN , aluminium busbar and suitable for one number MCB (SP) including one No MCB (SP) 6 Amps 240 volts including connectors and din rail for fixing MCB inside the box , clamps of size 20x4mm on PCC/Steel tubular pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of Automatic street light control with infrared sensor based NATRURE SWITCH and VOLTAGE MONITORING SYSTEM (VMS) three phase load 8 KW for automatic switching of street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on Natural light Lux level required illuminance level for switching ON is < 30 Lux and for switching OFF < 10 Lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min 4 hrs to max 12 hrs, VMS should be adjustable over & under voltage trip level and protection against phase loss, neutral loss & phase reverse incl power contactor (63 Amps) and incoming-outgoing MCB rating of 63 Amps & main load circuit wiring (Copper) of minimum 16 sqmm. The sensor, VSM power contactor, MCBs incl connected items should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP54. The circuit should also have provision for manual operation (i.e sensor & VMS by pass option) Note (i) S S Nut bolts, clamp for fixing on poles/wall shall be included in quoted rates. (ii) The sensor must have the warranty min of 2 years. (iii) The test certificate and warranty cirtificate must be provided by the contractor (through) supplier. (iv) Cost of marking description on the box demeed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply and fix in replacement of on load changeover switches 4 pole 100 Amps, 415 volts fixed in sheet metal enclosure allows changeover from main supply to generator supply & vice versa complete all as per direction of Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking down UNSV LED street security/flood lights upto 90 watt and fix again after repairing of unsv AC/DC drivers incl connections all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) Cost of repair and driver is incl in quoted rates.

Supply and fix in replacement or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty PVC insulated flat twin core cable of size 4 sqmm nominal cross section with connection in sintex box flood light complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: PVC pipe will be measured and paid seperately under relevent items.

Supply and fix rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of dia 20 mm exclusive of boxes (Junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc complete all as directed. Note: PVC pipe will be clamped at three portion on pole and cost of clamp, nut, bolts etc deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Material & Labour for overhauling, servicing, reparing of gear box of high mast light incl replacement of unsv parts and to make full functioning of gear box complete all as per direction of Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for overhauling, servicing, reparing of 3 phase induction motor 1.1 KW,415 volt, 920 RPM, 50 Hz single phase of high mast light incl replacement of unsv part and to make full functioning of motor complete all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of stay assembly complete with all accessories, such as stay plate 230x230x6 mm, stay rod 215 cm long and 16 mm dia with nuts bolts incl GI bow turn buckle, GI stay wire, Loop type insulator etc all as per electrical plate No 1 or SSR part 1 and as directed. Note: Only excavation and PCC work will be measured and paid seperately.

M & L in replacement cross arms,bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section incl nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape, size including provision two coats of synthatic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement shackle type porcelain vitreous white or brown insulator including GI straps, washers, insulators, bolts and nuts for working pressure 1100 volts, 75 mm height, 90 mm dia, section of strap 30mmx3mm & 12 mm dia of bolt complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable ACSR conductor incl cutting, welding complete all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) including fixing, stretching on poles and proper noseling with binding wire with insulator of any size as required at site complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour in replacement of earthing complete with galvanized steel earth electrode plate of size 60x60x6mm thick burind directly in ground/earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level and top edge of electrode not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level and connected with GI earth wire of size 4mm dia bolts, washers etc to eqpt/machinery all as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Pt I including PCC (1:3:6) pit, cover 50mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm TMT steel bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways, 20 mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, watering pipe 20 mm bore medium grade , funnel, wire mesh, also including earth work, common salt, charcol dust complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement GI tubing 40 mm bore light grade on poles, on walls, under floors, road crossing, as reqd at site complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge Note : Clamps, Nut bolts, saddle etc will be measured and paid separately here in before under item No 39 above.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 4 mm dia GIEarth continuty conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and direction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of street light bracket made out of GI pipe medium grade 25 mm bore suitable for LED street light length not less than 120cm bent to shape including clamps made of MS flat iron of size 30x4 mm thick including cutting, welding holes, nut, bolts washers etc including provision of two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as specified and as directed.
