Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or PCC Block masonary in cement mortar including coping and other concrete work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete, any description or any positions and removing the debris to a distance not otherwise specifically provided for RCC cement concrete in reinforcement cut as required to ficilite demolition) and complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Pre - cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonary with solid blocks built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Pre - cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonary with solid blocks built in cement mortar 1:6, Except PCC blocks complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate)Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and other work complete all as specified and directed. (Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately)

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two coat of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint over coat of primer, exterior grade (100% acrylic) of approved shade complete all as specified and directed.

S & F posts and struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drillin, bolting or riveting, etc.and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in Repairs, Galvanised(Pre painted), 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc and fixed in repair(each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over, stirrups cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft & raft beams, sides & soffits of foundation & plinth beams; and similar work; verticle or to batter Fair finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc crome red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old steel Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Providing, cement concrete Type-B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm gaded aggregates) as in coping complete all as specified and directed.
