Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 45 cusec V.T pump unit no.04 of lift irrigation scheme Janbazpora-I using appropriate means of transport like Mahindra Bolero, Tata mobile up to lead of 6km/trip :

Complete assembling of V.T pump parts after proper cleaning, coupling and alignment with motor, connecting of motor leads and testing on full load.

Extra per additional column pipe over corresponding column pipe size.

Manufacturing, providing and fitting of SS sleeves for shaft three no as per sample.

Fabrication, providing and fitting of G.M bush with rubber insert to bowl assembly as per sample.

Fabrication, providing and fitting of G.M bush with rubber insert to suction bell mouth as per sample.

Repairs to non-reverse ratchet plate of V.T pump by way of turning, finishing, patching on lock grooves for its actual position etc. The job also includes the charge for repairs to bearing housing by way of welding etc. for proper fitment of damaged part. The job also includes the charge of cotter, lock nut as per sample etc. item which ever required for the completion of work.

Supply Palmative packing for three pumping units.

Providing and filling of M.oil of reputed make.

Fabrication, providing and fitting of muff couplings of SS as per sample.
