REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF SECURITY LIGHTS AND EARTHING UNDER AGE E/M AT GE KHUMBATHANG

M & L for checking & repairing Street lights/flood lights/tower lights/highmast lights & other connected work as directed in tech area daily and repairing of lights found unserviceable during checking or as per directed by JE/Engr-in-Charge/men on complaint cell including rectification of fault of cable/lights etc by deploying skilled Electrician, helper with all tools & plants, ladder, gaskets safety arrangements and including providing minor materials like insulation tap and connected material by contractor to make light almost 100% serviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTES :- (i) Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for required minor material like insulation tap/repairing of junction box with lugs etc. (ii) Items like Driver for LED and other items other than mentioned above will be measured and paid separately. (iii) Contractor shall provided labour everyday at site for rectification/repair and as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair Driver for LED lights of as per existing make for the following capacity :-

Driver for 60/70 Watts LED

Driver for 40/45 Watts LED

Driver for 25/30 Watts LED

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m in depth deep for laying of pipe, cable, foundation of electric pole etc and getting out in hard soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Surplus soil if any shall not be removed but left over the trench)

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning with clean dry sand to cables with layer of sand 8cm before laying of cable and 15cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- For payment purpose punned thickness of 18cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23cm as mentioned in para 19.75 of SSR part-I.

M & L for providing PCC cable cover class LV type-I of size 250x150x40mm laid in perpendicular to the cable abutting each other at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Junction box made out of FRP sheet of make approved by GE, ready made type having aluminium bus bar of capacity 100 Amps 4 Nos including bakelite connector of size 300x200x115 with necessary connector , MCB 6 Amps and entry of gland and fixing arrangement to fix the box on plinth/wall by providing MS clamp and nut bolt as per product Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing in replacement integral LED flood light luminaries, 30 watts, with scondary optics made in pressure die cast housing and heat sink in aluminium extrusion IP-66 with mounting frame, all accessories and connecting the same to electric source with using copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated flexible three core cable , including all accessories and fixing the light fitting to walls/ ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing in replacement integral LED flood light luminaries, 45 watts, with scondary optics made in pressure die cast housing and heat sink in aluminium extrusion with IP66 with mounting mounting frame, all accessories and connecting the same to electric source with using copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated flexible three core cable , including all accessories and fixing the light fitting to walls/ ceiling etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing in replacement integral LED flood light luminaries, 60 watts, with scondary optics made in pressure die cast housing and heat sink in aluminium extrusion with IP66 with mounting mounting frame, all accessories and connecting the same to electric source with using copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated flexible three core cable , including all accessories and fixing the light fitting to walls/ ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing in replacement integral LED Street light fitting, 30 watts with pressure die cast aluminium housing IP66 with mounting bracket and all accessories and connecting the same to electric source with using copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated flexible three core cable , including all accessories and fixing the light fitting to walls/ ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing in replacement integral LED flood light luminaries, 45 watts, with scondary optics made in pressure die cast housing and heat sink in aluminium extrusion with IP66 with mounting mounting frame, all accessories and connecting the same to electric source with using copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated flexible three core cable , including all accessories and fixing the light fitting to walls/ ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC insulated and PVC sheathed three core Copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm for connecting from bus bar box to street light fittings/ OH line to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacment GI pipe light grade bracket 40mm dia, 1.5m long bent to shape as required for fixing of street lights on poles/walls including nuts, bolts, washers , Clamps (02 sets) of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power dable heavy duty 1100 Volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power dable heavy duty 1100 Volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore for passing through cables under the floor,along the pole including taking down complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire of 4.0 mm dia by means of nuts bolts, washers, check nuts of iron or steel including PCC pits and RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 (type B-1) and necessary earth work in any type of soil medium grade GI watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 15mm bore GI pipe light grade protection pipe upto test point etc including excavation and charcoal, common salt surrounded with 15cm all around the plate all as specified and shown in EP-3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 47965.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Sec-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
