Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for,complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exc. 1.5 Sq. M each, complete all as directed

Refixing shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each in same opening,complete all as directed. Note:- Refer preamble,Section 8 (Joinery),Repairs to Shutters on Serial Page No.143 of SSR Part-II (2020).

Taking up or down, steel tubing 15 mm bore, and connection including cleaning for re-fixing,complete all as directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:1½:3) type A1 using 20 mm graded aggregate mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions,in flooring of sunken floors,complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) WPC will be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Slope towards the spout/outlet in sunken floors shall be maintained. (iii) Two coats of epoxy resin/polymer modified cementitious coating as per manufacturer's instructions shall be applied on the existing floor surface before laying of cement concrete and the cost of same shall be deemed to inclusive in the quoted rate. Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:5:10) type E2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in filling of sunken floors,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified

Supply and Fix, solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm X 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, fixed in opening all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix, factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail: Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, fixed to door frame complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for roughening surfaces of old treated roof/ chajjas/ parapet/concrete substrate etc.by picking,sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.and applying cement-based polymer modified brush or roller applied coating as per manufacturer's instructions, for providing waterproofing qualities along with an SRI value of 1.00, complete all as specified and directed. Material and Labour for chequered ceramic tiles, coloured,10 to 12 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sq M but not exceeding 0.11 Sq M, conforming to IS 4457-2007, on floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match colour over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) and including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed, complete all as specified and directed. Complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer over and including 1mm thick wall care putty,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm,complete all as specified and directed.
