Supply, Installation & Commissioning of One no. 400 KN Universal Testing machine in Test House of R & C Laboratory of Rourkela Steel Plant.

• i) The tenderer should be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Electro-mechanical / Servo-hydraulic Universal Testing Machine or their authorized dealer. ii. The OEM should have manufacturing unit in India. iii. The OEM should have valid ISO 17025/ NABL Accreditation.

• The tenderer should have successfully supplied, installed and commissioned at least One (1) number of Servo-hydraulic/ Electro-mechanical Universal Testing Machine of capacity 400 KN or higher in any Integrated Steel Plant / Government organization (including educational institutes) / PSU / Public limited company in India within the last ten (10) years as on date of NIT.

• The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March’2023 should not be less than Rs.3.2 crores. Net worth of the tenderer should be positive as on 31.03.2023.
