Operation and routine maintenance of 3X325TR HVAC plant consisting of chillers, cooling towers, primary/secondary pumps, AHU's, fan coil units, softener plant and associated equipments on round the clock basis including Sundays/ holidays as per the special conditions etc, complete as required.

All Inclusive comprehensive maintenance contract of 3X325TR water cooled HVAC system consisting of screw chillers of DUNHAMBUSH make, cooling towers, Primary/Secondary/Condenser pumps, Fan coil units, Softener plant, AHUs, Air curtain, Exhaust system, MV cubical panels & other associated equipments including periodical checks, attending break down, chemical dosing of condenser, chiller, water, consumables etc., excluding replacement of items as mentioned in the special conditions complete as required (Installation details as per Annexure A)

(Two lengths of suction and discharge piping and one length of copper wire shall be measured one meter for this item)
