Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, lamp holders, brackets, bulk head fittings etc removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit ( credit for above items shall be made as per conditions separately ) and also making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors etc all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor (Multi-stranded) PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS electric cable 1100 volts grade into and including PVC casing caping/conduit of suitable size (as per conductor run) with all fittings/accessories and including PVC insulated electric cable 1100 volts 1.5 Sqmm ( multi-stranded) copper conductor single core ( Green colour) cable as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly including sunk sheet steel terminal box made out of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet concealed in wall or on surface as per site requirement and making good disturbed surface of wall, covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet ( Make: Hylum) for one light point/fan point/exhaust fan/ bell point etc controlled by one, one way switch complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning shall be paid and measured seperately.

M&L for servicing and repair/replacement of defective parts of ceiling fan of 1200/1400 mm, Exhaust fan upto 300 mm sweep and wall fan of any type/capacity including greasing, oiling for smooth working complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Defective part will be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of BOQ.

M&L for replacement of defective copper winding of ceiling fan of size 1200/1400 mm, Exhaust fan upto 300 mm sweep and wall fan of any type/capacity with existing size of super enamelled copper wire including varnishing and heating for smooth working complete with testing for 24 hours all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement Fan Condenser 2.5/4.0 MFD complete all as specified.
