Taking down carefully any type of flame proof wiring (light , socket or power ) including fitting such as flame proof switch, sockets etc with the existing wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in -charge.

S&F Flame proof point wiring including ERW conduit with two single core cable (FRLS) PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade copper conductor multi standred of size 2.5 Sqmm and including of one run earth wire single core cable (FRLS) PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade copper conductor multi standred of size of 2.5 Sqmm to be drawn in 25mm dia ERW stove enamelled black rigid conduit with all flame proof conduit accessories such as tee, bend elbow, conduit junction box complete all as specified and directed. Note : ERW conduit, conduit accessories, circuit wires and earth wires complete shall be treated as one unit.

Supply and fixing in replacement flame proof/weather proof direct entry type rotary switch single pole ON & OFF rotary motion switch in cast aluminum alloy LM-6 enclosure epoxy powder coated single pole 230Volts 16/10 Amps, AC ON/OFF switch operated externally by Knob having 02 Nos of M-20 cable entries, earthing terminals suitable for mounting on Wall/Steel structure etc duly tested & certified by CMRI-Dhanbad.

Supply and fix in replacement flame proof/weather proof direct entry type Junction box dia 120 x 70(H) mm complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement flame proof/weather proof switch socket and plug combined in LM6, 25 A 240 Volts 2 pin and earth plug fully interlocked suitable for installation in hazardous as per IS-2147/62 alluminium alloy/cost iron neoprene gasket degree of protection IP-65 certified by CMRI Dhanbd.

Supply & fix flame proof light luminaries well glass suitable for LED light having 120 Watt compress of body mode in die cast aluminium housing luminaire, heat resistant toughend glass cemented to cast aluninuuim, retaining ring fixed to main body , mounted on MS galvanised iron cradle and base plate for rotating in horizontal and vertical planes, luminaire is provided with LED , and control driver, connector etc complete with all accessories main connector suitable up to 6 Sqmm incoming cable and earthing terminals and certified and tested by CMRI Dhanbad. and fixing at convenient location complete all including dismantling the old light fitting any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/Taking down unserviceable flame proof light fittings of HPSV/ MH Lamp fitting 150/250 Watt and flame proof tube light fittings of 16/20 Watt, opening/taking out unserviceable spare parts such as copper bonded choke, lamp holder etc. repairing to cable connection /loose connection for any type of fitting as and when required to each fitting including reassembling and replacement of unseviceable items including testing complete and refix in original position all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Note : 1. The cost of spares such as bulbs, copper bonded choke, ignitor etc shall be paid as supply. 2. Rate shall be included for flexible wire of size 1.5 sqmm copper cable s/c for connecting the light and PVC tape to taping the joint properly shall be included in the rate quoted by the tenderer. 3. Vehicle mounted Hydraulic type ladders / Cranes shall be used and will be provided by contractor for dismantling / refixing of light fittings on hanger/weather shelter/blast pens and cost for the same is deemed to be included.
